Referring to fig. 5, the support frame 4 includes a disc 41, a steel ring 42 and a wood frame 43, wherein the disc 41 and the steel ring 42 are connected to the bottom of the wood frame 43, the disc 41 is located in the annular interior of the steel ring 42, the disc 41, the steel ring 42 and the wood frame 43 are all in concentric relation, and the wood frame 43 is arranged in a frame shape and has a bending clamping structure for clamping the edge of the mattress 6; the disc 41 and the top seat 23 of the driving unit 2 are provided with 4 mutually matched threaded holes, the 4 mutually matched threaded holes are sequentially connected by bolts, and the wood frame 43, the disc 41 and the top seat 23 are provided with 4 mutually matched threaded holes and are sequentially connected by bolts; the steel ring 42 and the wood frame 43 are provided with 4 threaded holes which are matched with each other, and are fastened and connected by adopting screws; 8 adjusting plates 39 are arranged at intervals to form a ring shape and surround the steel ring 42 in the ring shape, the bottom of the pinch roller 38 presses the top edge of the steel ring 42, the top of the supporting wheel 37 is supported on the bottom edge of the steel ring 42, and the steel ring 42 limits the gap between the pinch roller 38 and the supporting wheel 37 to move; the steel ring 42 and 8 supporting wheels 37 are in rolling supporting relation, and the steel ring 42 is provided with a circle of thin wall to realize radial limit; the load of the whole circular bed is downwards transmitted through the steel ring 42 and the 8 supporting wheels 37; a certain gap is formed between the steel ring 42 and the 8 pressing wheels 38, the steel ring 42 is positioned between the supporting wheel 37 and the pressing wheels 38, the pressing wheels 38 can provide downward force, so that the stress of the rotary type indoor circular bed is more balanced, and the deformation is reduced; the sound insulation layer 7 and the mattress 6 are sequentially arranged above the wood frame 43, are in concentric relation, and transmit torque through friction force.
Referring to fig. 6, the motor bracket 5 includes a support sheet 51, a steel frame 52, and adjustable legs 53 provided on the ground, the support sheet 51 being connected to the base 21, the support sheet 51 being fixed to the top of the steel frame 52, the adjustable legs 53 being connected to both ends of the steel frame 52; an adjustable foot 53; the steel frame 52 is formed by welding steel bars, the supporting thin plate 51 is welded before the steel frame 52, 4 through holes are formed in the supporting thin plate 51 and are in concentric relation with the base 21, the supporting thin plate 51 is connected to the base 21 through bolts, 6 through holes along the vertical direction are formed in the adjustable supporting legs 53, the through holes are matched with the outer ends of the steel frame 52, the steel frame 52 is fixed through nuts, the through holes are inserted into the two ends of the steel frame 52 to be fixedly connected, the height of the motor support 5 is adjusted through the position of the steel frame 52, and the mattress 6 is matched with the supporting unit 3 to adjust the height of the rotary indoor electric round bed.
Referring to fig. 7, the mattress 6 is circular, the edge of the mattress 6 is clamped at the top of the wood frame 43, the sound insulation layer 7 is paved at the bottom of the mattress 6, the sound insulation layer 7 is connected with the top of the wood frame 43, and is fixed by bolts or screws, and the sound insulation layer 7 is made of glass fiber sound-absorbing cotton, so that the mattress has the advantages of being hard, dampproof, good in air permeability, easy to process, capable of further isolating noise and improving comfort; the mattress 6 is a circular mattress 6 with a size fit, which has the advantage of being soft and comfortable.

The rotary electric round bed is characterized by comprising a base unit, a driving unit, a plurality of supporting units, a supporting frame, a motor support, a mattress installed on the supporting frame and a sound insulation layer arranged at the bottom of the mattress, wherein the top and the bottom of the driving unit are respectively connected with the supporting frame and the motor support, the top ends of the supporting units clamp and limit the supporting frame, the bottom ends of the supporting units are connected with the base unit to form an integral structure, and the integral structure is contacted with the supporting frame through the supporting units and is mutually independent; the support unit comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of connecting rods, a screw rod, friction wheels, connecting pieces and a top plate, wherein the bottom plate is arranged on the base unit, the plurality of connecting rods, the screw rod, the friction wheels, the connecting pieces and the top plate are arranged on the bottom plate and the top plate respectively, two ends of one connecting rod are connected with the connecting pieces and the friction wheels arranged on the bottom plate respectively, two ends of the other connecting rod are connected with the connecting pieces and the friction wheels arranged on the bottom plate respectively, the connecting rods are rotatable relative to the connecting pieces, the friction wheels are fixedly locked relative to the connecting rods and rotatable relative to the bottom plate or the top plate, two ends of the screw rod are respectively through holes formed in the connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are slidable relative to the screw rod, and a pair of connecting pieces adjust the distance between the connecting pieces and the distance between the top plate and the bottom plate by adjusting the connecting positions of the screw rod;
the supporting unit further comprises a supporting wheel, a pressing wheel and an adjusting plate connected with the top plate, wherein the supporting wheel is installed on the top plate and can rotate, the pressing wheel is installed on the adjusting plate and can rotate, and the distance between the supporting wheel and the pressing wheel is adjusted by changing the connecting position of the adjusting plate relative to the top plate;
the driving unit comprises a base, a direct-drive motor and a top seat, wherein the top and the bottom of the top seat are respectively connected with a disc and the direct-drive motor, the top seat can rotate relative to the direct-drive motor, and the direct-drive motor is arranged on the base; the rotor of the inner ring of the direct-drive motor and the top seat are provided with 8 threaded holes which are matched with each other, and are fixedly connected by adopting screws; the top seat and the disc are provided with 8 threaded holes which are matched with each other, and are in non-fastening connection by bolts;
the support frame comprises a disc, a steel ring and a wood frame, wherein the disc and the steel ring are connected to the bottom of the wood frame, the disc is positioned in the annular inner part of the steel ring, and the wood frame is arranged in a frame shape and has a bending clamping structure for clamping the edge of the mattress;
the driving unit is provided with direct driving force by a direct driving motor, and transmits rotating torque through bolts to drive the disc, the steel ring, the wood frame, the mattress and the sound insulation layer above to rotate.

The rotary electric circular bed according to claim 1, wherein at least 2 friction wheels are respectively provided for the friction wheels connected to the top plate and the friction wheels connected to the bottom plate, and the connecting rods connected with the pair of connecting pieces form sides of a diamond frame, and an included angle is formed between the adjacent connecting rods, and the included angle is adjusted at the position of the screw rod through the connecting pieces.
