The foldable wheelchair provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the motor is arranged between the two front wheels, the mounting frames are arranged between the front wheels and the rear wheels which are positioned on the same side, the two supporting components are respectively and rotatably connected to the mounting frames and can rotate and fold on the mounting frames, meanwhile, the cushion is connected between the supporting components in a folding way, and the mounting frames, the supporting components and the cushion can be enclosed to form a three-dimensional space, so that the wheelchair can be suitable for a toilet, and folding of the wheelchair can be completed only by folding the supporting components and the cushion, and the folded wheelchair takes the front wheels and the rear wheels as bearing points, so that the wheelchair is prevented from being damaged when the heavier motor is folded.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a foldable wheelchair according to an embodiment of the invention includes a vehicle body 100, two front wheels 200 and two rear wheels 300.
Specifically, two front wheels 200 and two rear wheels 300 are provided at the bottom of the vehicle body 100; the vehicle body 100 includes two mounting brackets 11, two support members 12 and a seat cushion 13. Specifically, two mounting frames 11 are respectively arranged between a front wheel 200 and a rear wheel 300 on the same side, two ends of each mounting frame 11 are respectively connected with the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300 in a rotating way, a control piece 400 is arranged in each mounting frame 11, a motor 500 is connected between the two front wheels 200, and the control piece 400 is electrically connected with the motor 500; the two support assemblies 12 are respectively arranged on the two mounting frames 11, each support assembly 12 is rotatably connected with each mounting frame 11, and the support assemblies 12 can be rotated and folded on each mounting frame 11; the cushion 13 is connected between the two supporting components 12 in a foldable manner, and the two mounting frames 11, the two supporting components 12 and the cushion 13 enclose to form a three-dimensional space capable of accommodating the toilet.
In the embodiment of the invention, the motor 500 is arranged between the two front wheels 200, the mounting frames 11 are arranged between the front wheels 200 and the rear wheels 300 which are positioned on the same side, the two supporting components 12 are respectively rotatably connected to the mounting frames 11 and can rotate and fold on the mounting frames 11, meanwhile, the cushion 11 is connected between the supporting components 12 in a folding way, the mounting frames 11, the supporting components 12 and the cushion 13 can be enclosed to form a three-dimensional space, so that the wheelchair can be suitable for a toilet, and the folding of the wheelchair can be completed only by folding the supporting components 12 and the cushion 13, and the folded wheelchair is also protected from being damaged when the motor 500 with the front wheels 200 and the rear wheels 300 is folded.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, as one embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the mounting frame 11 are respectively disposed between the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300, and the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300 are respectively disposed on the mounting frame 11 and rotate on the mounting frame 11. Specifically, the two front wheels 200 respectively include a left front wheel and a right front wheel, and the two rear wheels 300 include a left rear wheel and a right rear wheel; the two mounting frames 11 are respectively a left mounting frame and a right mounting frame, the left mounting frame is arranged between the left front wheel and the left rear wheel, and the right mounting frame is arranged between the right front wheel and the right rear wheel, so that the two mounting frames 11 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the wheelchair; the mounting frame 11 is a non-foldable part, and a receiving space is provided inside the mounting frame, and the control member 400 is mounted inside the receiving space. The motor 500 is disposed between the two front wheels 200, mainly in the front of the wheelchair, and the motor 500 is a large-sized and heavy member, and is also a non-foldable part integrally formed with the two front wheels. Thus, the two front wheels 200, the motor 500, and the left and right mounts on the left and right sides form a horizontally open "U" shaped structure. Meanwhile, the folded wheelchair does not change the original overall shape formed between the two front wheels 200, the two rear wheels 300, the motor 500 and the mounting frame 11, namely, the key components such as the control member 400 and the motor 500 are not required to be folded, so that the wheelchair is very convenient, and the situation that the key parts are easily influenced due to the weight of the motor 500 and the like is avoided.

And, the support assembly 12 can be rotatably and foldably installed on the mounting frame 11, and the support assembly 12 can be folded to be close to the mounting frame 11 and the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300 in the folding process, so that the wheelchair is folded. In summary, the folding of the wheelchair can be completed only by folding the supporting component 12 and the cushion 13, and the folded wheelchair is still placed by taking the front wheels 200 and the rear wheels 300 as bearing points, so that the wheelchair is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the motor 500, the control member 400 and other parts with larger volumes or weight are used.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, as an embodiment of the present invention, each support assembly 12 includes a front support 121 and a rear support 122, a front mounting rod 14 is disposed between the left and right front supports 121 of the body 100 of the wheelchair, a rear mounting rod 15 is disposed between the left and right rear supports 122, the front mounting rod 14 is disposed parallel to the rear mounting rod 15, the front mounting rod 14 is disposed at the front end of the bottom of the seat cushion 13, the seat cushion 13 rotates around the front mounting rod 14, and when the wheelchair is folded, the seat cushion 13 rotates around the front mounting rod 14 and is turned over to the front of the wheelchair, so that the wheelchair is convenient to fold. The front mounting rod 14 is also detachable from the front end of the bottom of the seat cushion 13, so that the seat cushion can be completely detached for cleaning, and the rear mounting rod 15 is detachably fixed to the rear end of the bottom of the seat cushion 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the front mounting rods 14 may be two corresponding front mounting rods 14 respectively disposed on two front supporting members 121, each front mounting rod 14 is connected to two sides of a front end of a bottom of the seat cushion 13, the two front mounting rods 14 are not contacted, two semi-open brackets are disposed at the front end of the bottom of the seat cushion 13, the front mounting rods 14 may pass through the brackets, and a stop collar is disposed at one end passing through the brackets for limiting the front mounting rods 14 from separating from the brackets and being detached from the bottom of the seat cushion 13 when the wheelchair shakes left and right.
Alternatively, the front mounting bar 14 may be provided as one front mounting bar 14 connected to two front support members 121, and the front end of the bottom portion of the seat cushion 13 may be rotated about the front mounting bar 14 to effect folding of the seat cushion 13 and folding of the auxiliary support assembly 14.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the rear mounting bars 15 are provided as one rear mounting bar 15 connected to two rear supporting members 122, and are detachable from the bottom of the seat cushion 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the seat cushion 13 includes a seat cushion supporting plate and a soft layer disposed on the seat cushion supporting plate, and a user directly contacts the soft layer to improve comfort and replace the seat cushion according to different needs. Further, referring to fig. 2 to 4 together, as an embodiment of the present invention, the support assembly 12 further includes a connecting member 123 disposed between the front support member 121 and the rear support member 122, wherein two ends of the connecting member 123 are respectively connected to the non-end positions of the front support member 121 and the rear support member 122, and can rotate around the front support member 121 and the rear support member 122, and when the wheelchair is folded, the connecting member 123 rotates at the same time on the front support member 121 and the rear support member 122 and inclines downward and backward, and pulls the front support member 122 to rotate downward and backward of the wheelchair to the lowest point, so that the wheelchair can be folded more easily.
Specifically, the connecting member 123 forms a quadrilateral with the front supporting member 121, the rear supporting member 122 and the cushion 13, when the wheelchair is in use, a relatively suitable position distribution is formed between the front supporting member 121 and the rear supporting member 122, and the connecting member 123 is arranged between the front supporting member 121 and the rear supporting member 122, so that the whole wheelchair body 100 is more stable, at this time, the front supporting member 121 and the rear supporting member 122 are not only fixed by the cushion 13, but also by the rear mounting rod 15 connected between the front supporting member 121 and the rear supporting member 122, and the wheelchair body 100 is more firm and the service life of the cushion 13 is longer.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, as a specific embodiment of the present invention, a chute 111, a front connecting portion 112 and a rear connecting portion 113 are disposed on the inner side of the mounting frame 11, and a front supporting member 121 is rotatably connected to the front connecting portion 112, and when the wheelchair is folded, the front supporting member 121 is rotated backward to the lowest point to be reached to complete the folding; the rear supporting member 122 is rotatably connected to the chute 111, and is also rotatable backward to the lowest point, and at the same time, the rear supporting member 122 is also slidable in the chute, and the chute 111 starts from the rear connecting portion 113, extends along the connecting line between the rear connecting portion 113 and the front connecting portion 112 toward the front connecting portion 113, but does not contact the front connecting portion 113. When the wheelchair is folded, the rear support 122 slides and rotates simultaneously in the chute 111, so that one end of the rear support 122 slides forward of the wheelchair and rotates in the chute 111, thereby rotating the other end rearward to the lowest point. At this time, since one end of the rear support 122 can also slide forward of the wheelchair when rotating, the volume of the folded wheelchair can be reduced accordingly, shortening the length of the wheelchair.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, when the wheelchair is in use, the rear support 122 is fixed to the rear connection portion 113, the front support 121 is fixed to the front connection portion 112, and the space between the front support 121 and the rear support 122 is smaller in top and larger in bottom, so that the wheelchair is more stable.
Further, referring to fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, the rear connecting portion 113 is lower than the front connecting portion 112, and the rear supporting member 122 is rotatably connected to the rear connecting portion 112, so that the wheelchair can be folded, and the folded wheelchair can be optimally small in size. The rear connecting part 113 is a low-level end 113, one end of the sliding chute 111 is a rear connecting part 113, the other end is a high-level end 114 which is opposite to the rear connecting part 113, namely, the two ends of the sliding chute 111 are provided with the high-level end 114 and the low-level end 113, when the wheelchair is in use, the rear supporting piece 122 is fixed at the low-level end 113, so that the end point of the front supporting piece 121 is higher than the end point of the rear supporting piece 122, and the wheelchair is firmer; when the wheelchair is folded, the rear support 122 slides from the lower end 113 to the upper end 114 of the chute 111, and the rear support 122 can rotate backward to the lowest point but does not rub against the ground to be damaged, and the stability of the wheelchair in use can be further improved.
Further, referring to fig. 7, as an embodiment of the present invention, a sliding shaft 16 that can extend into the sliding groove 111 is fixed at the lower end of the rear support 122, and the sliding shaft 16 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 111 through a bearing and can slide in the inner side of the sliding groove 111. The rear support 122 is secured to the lower end 113 by the sliding axle 16 and bearings when the wheelchair is in use, and the rear support 122 is secured to the upper end 114 when the wheelchair is fully folded.
Alternatively, as another embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the rear support 122 is fixed with a sliding shaft 16 that can extend into the sliding groove 111, the outer surface of the sliding shaft 16 is circumferentially distributed with protruding members, the inner side wall of the sliding groove 111 is provided with a groove, and the protruding members are arranged in the groove and can slide in the groove, so that the rear support 122 can slide in the sliding groove 111, and folding is facilitated.
Specifically, the high end 114 is provided with an opening for loading the sliding shaft 16 into the chute 111, and a limit seal plate 115 for preventing the sliding shaft 16 from being separated from the chute 111 is mounted on the opening. When the wheelchair is in use, the rear support 122 is fixed at the low end 113, so that the limit seal plate 115 is not damaged by force, and when the wheelchair is folded, the rear support 122 is fixed at the high end 114, i.e. at the opening, and the limit seal plate 115 can be arranged according to the specific shape of the opening and is matched with the opening. It should be noted that, when the rear support 122 needs to be disassembled, the limit seal plate 115 may be directly disassembled so as to disassemble the rear support 122.

Specifically, the backrest support 124, the front support 122 and the seat cushion 113 form a triangle, which improves the stability of the wheelchair in use.
Specifically, a backrest connecting member is further disposed between the backrest supporting members 124, and contacts the backrest and performs a load-bearing function, mainly for supporting the user's back. Specifically, the front wheel 200 is a driving wheel, the battery 700 is electrically connected to the motor 500, the motor 500 is connected to the front wheel 200 and the control member 400, and the user can control the motor 500 to drive the front wheel 200 through the control member 400, so as to drive the whole wheelchair to run. The battery 800 is used to power the motor 500.
Specifically, a housing 700 is disposed between the two front wheels 200, and two ends of the housing 700 are respectively connected to front ends of the two mounting frames 11, so as to form an integral structure with the mounting frames 11. The wheelchair is folded in the folding process without folding the shell 700, the mounting frame 11, the front wheels 200 and the rear wheels 300, so that the folded wheelchair is folded by folding the front wheels 200 and the rear wheels 300 to serve as bearing points, and the wheelchair is prevented from being damaged when the heavier motor is folded. The wheelchair body 100 is not affected during transportation and storage.
Further, referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment of the present invention, the foldable wheelchair further includes a small roller 900, which is fixed to the housing 700 and in front of the front wheel 200, and the small roller 900 has a smaller volume than the front wheel 200. The small roller 900 can be used in contact with the ground, and when the wheelchair is running, the small roller 900 rotates simultaneously with the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300; when a user moves forwards or gets off the wheelchair, the small rollers 900 can avoid the condition that the wheelchair is inclined forwards as a whole, so that the wheelchair is prevented from falling down due to uncontrollable user when the wheelchair is inclined forwards; after the wheelchair is completely folded, the user can lift the wheelchair and move the wheelchair to a predetermined position by using the small rollers 900 as the towing wheels.
In particular, referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the present invention, a foot rest for a user to place feet is further provided at the front of the housing 700, thereby improving the comfort of the wheelchair.
The specific working mode of the foldable wheelchair provided by the invention is as follows: when the wheelchair is needed, the front support 121 is fixed at the front connecting part 112 of the mounting frame 11, the rear support 122 is fixed at the low end 113 of the chute 111, the distance between the front support 121 and the rear support 122 is small, the distance between the back support 124 and the front support 122 and the cushion 113 are large, a triangle is formed, and the connecting part 123 forms a quadrilateral with the front support 121, the rear support 122 and the cushion 13, so that the wheelchair is more stable. At the same time, the two mounting brackets 11, the two sets of support members 12 and the seat cushion 13 enclose an open, rear-facing, three-dimensional space which can be adapted to the use of the toilet bowl.
When the wheelchair is required to be folded, the rear end of the cushion 13 is detached from the rear mounting rod 15, the front end of the cushion 13 rotates around the front mounting rod 15, the front support 121 of the backrest support 124 is detached from the armrest 126 and the spring pin 125 simultaneously to drive the spring pin 125, the armrest 126 and the cushion 13 to rotate backward, the rear support 122 slides in the chute 111 to the high end 114 to drive the backrest support 124 to rotate backward simultaneously, when the backrest 600 is vertically placed at the lowest point, and the rear end of the cushion 13 is detached from the rear mounting rod 15 and contacts with the highest point of the backrest 600, so that the wheelchair is folded. At this time, the front wheel 200 and the rear wheel 300 are used as bearing points, and the small roller is used as a towing wheel for towing, so that the situation that the weight of the motor 500 and the like is easy to influence key parts is avoided. And only need folding supporting component 12 and cushion 13 can accomplish, ten sides are convenient simple.
