The foot rest mechanism 3 is formed by intersecting and hinging a first foot rest 31 and a second foot rest 32, wherein the second foot rest 32 is positioned on the inner side of the first foot rest 31, and the middle part of the first foot rest is mutually intersected and hinged with the middle part of the second foot rest; the first leg support 31 includes two parallel first legs, a cross shaft is connected between the upper ends of the two first legs, the cross shaft is hinged with the two first legs, the cross shaft can rotate relative to the two first legs, a square tube shaft sleeve 34 is sleeved on the cross shaft, and the square tube shaft sleeve 34 and the table-board mechanism 1 are fastened and connected through fasteners such as bolts; the upper ends of the two first foot bars are fixedly connected with a section of bent handle 35; the lower parts of the first foot bars are connected with inclined bars which are inclined and expanded outwards and straight bars which extend axially, the lower parts of the two first foot bars are symmetrical, a cross bar is connected between the lower ends of the two first foot bars, and the middle part of the cross bar is arranged into a V-shaped bending; the lower ends of the two first foot bars are connected with a wheel mechanism 7.
The second foot support 32 comprises two side-by-side second foot rods, a cross rod is connected between the upper ends of the two second foot rods, the middle part of the cross rod is fixedly connected with the sliding piece 33, and two side parts of the sliding piece 33 can be embedded into the sliding track 12 and translate along the sliding track 12; one end of the sliding piece 33, which faces the end of the table top main piece 11, is connected with a fine adjustment mechanism 36, the fine adjustment mechanism 36 comprises a bearing plate with a shaft hole, the bearing plate is fixed on the sliding piece 33, a nut piece is connected to the shaft hole, a fine adjustment stud is connected to the nut piece, and the lower end of the fine adjustment stud is connected with a knob; the lower parts of the second foot rods are symmetrical for connecting the inclined rods which are inclined and expanded outwards and the straight rods which extend axially.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the illustrated wheel mechanism 7 includes an axle, wheels 4 connected to the axle, and a wheel frame 70 supported by the axle and the first leg together; the wheel frame 70 is U-shaped, wherein two side plates are respectively connected to the wheel shafts and positioned at two sides of the wheels 4; the wheel frame 70 is provided with a brake assembly, the brake assembly comprises a brake block 71, a brake key 72 and a release key 73, wherein the brake block 71 is connected to a shaft, the shaft is connected to a side plate of the wheel frame 70, the wheel frame 70 is hinged with a first shaft 74 and a second shaft 75 through a bearing plate, the first shaft 74 is located above the second shaft 75, the first shaft 74 is connected with the release key 73, the second shaft 75 is connected with the brake key 72, the brake key 72 can press the brake block 71, and the lower end of the release key 73 is hinged with the upper end of the brake key 72 through a shaft.
As shown in fig. 7, when folded, the upper end of the second leg rest 32 slides along the slide rail 12, and the first leg rest 31 approaches and overlaps the second leg rest 32 main member.

Claims (7)

1. The oblique cutting saw work frame comprises a horizontal table top mechanism (1), a screw rod seat (2) arranged on the table top mechanism and a foot rest mechanism (3) for supporting the table top mechanism, and is characterized in that the table top mechanism comprises a table top main part (11), table top side parts are symmetrically arranged on two axial sides of the table top main part, the table top main part and the table top side parts are hollow profiles, and the table top side parts and the table top main part are in clamping connection through a concave-convex matched clamping structure;
an axial sliding rail (12) is arranged on the downward plate surface of the table top main part;
the foot rest mechanism comprises a first foot support (31) and a second foot support (32) which are hinged in a crossed mode, the upper part of the first foot support and the table-board mechanism form rotary hinge through a hinge mechanism, a sliding piece (33) matched with the sliding track is arranged at the upper end of the second foot support, and the sliding piece can be embedded into the sliding track and translate along the sliding track;
the second foot support comprises two parallel second foot rods, a cross rod is connected between the upper ends of the two second foot rods, the middle part of the cross rod is connected with the sliding piece, one end of the sliding piece is connected with a fine adjustment mechanism (36), the fine adjustment mechanism comprises a bearing plate with a shaft hole, the bearing plate is fixed on the sliding piece, a nut piece is connected to the shaft hole, a fine adjustment stud is connected to the nut piece, and the lower end of the fine adjustment stud is connected with a knob;
the table top mechanism comprises a table top main part (11) in the middle, a table top left side part (16) positioned on the left side and a table top right side part (17) positioned on the right side, wherein the table top main part, the table top left side part and the table top right side part are all hollow profiles; the table top main part is a cuboid and is formed by connecting an upper plate positioned above, a lower plate positioned below, a left side plate positioned on the left side and a right side plate positioned on the right side; the two ends and the inner surface of the left side plate are respectively provided with a section of axial connecting column (18), the inner hollow and the inner surface of the connecting column are respectively provided with internal threads, the two ends and the inner surface of the right side plate are respectively provided with a section of axial connecting column, and the inner hollow and the inner surface of the connecting column are respectively provided with internal threads; the table top main part is characterized in that rail side plates (19) are arranged on two side edges of a lower plate of the table top main part, the rail side plates extend downwards and obliquely inwards relative to the side edges of the lower plate and then extend horizontally inwards, and the lower plate and the rail side plates on two sides jointly form the sliding rail (12);
the table top main part is characterized in that the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the left side plate of the table top main part are respectively provided with a clamping side plate (81), the upper clamping side plate obliquely extends downwards relative to the side edge of the left side plate and then horizontally extends outwards, the lower clamping side plate obliquely extends upwards relative to the side edge of the left side plate and then horizontally extends outwards, and then the left side plate, the upper side and the lower side clamping side plates jointly form a concave left clamping groove (82); the structure of the right side plate of the table top main part is the same as that of the left side plate, and the right side plate and the clamping side plates on the upper side and the lower side form a concave right clamping groove (83) together; the left clamping groove is connected with the left side piece of the table top, and the right clamping groove is connected with the right side piece of the table top; the table top left side piece comprises a cuboid part and a triangular prism part; the cuboid part of the left side piece of the table top comprises an upper side piece plate positioned above, a lower side piece plate positioned below, a left side piece left plate positioned on the left side and a right side piece right plate positioned on the right side, wherein the plate surface of the right side piece right plate is provided with an outwards convex and outwards expanded embedded part (84), and the embedded part can be embedded into the left clamping groove; the upper edge of the left side piece of the table top extends outwards transversely to form a transverse plate (85), is bent again and extends downwards in an inclined plate (86) inclined, and the lower edge of the inclined plate extends to the lower edge of the left side piece; a section of connecting column is arranged between the transverse plate and the inclined plate and near the two ends of the transverse plate and the inclined plate respectively, the connecting column is hollow, and the inner surface of the connecting column is provided with internal threads; the structure of the right side piece of the table top is the same as that of the left side piece of the table top; and two ends of the table top main part, the table top left side part and the table top right side part are connected with end cover plates (87).

The miter saw work frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the two ends of the table top main part are internally sleeved with telescopic parts (13), the telescopic parts are hollow cuboid profile telescopic parts which axially telescopic and translate relative to the end parts of the table top main part, and an adjusting fastener (14) for adjusting the telescopic distance is arranged between the telescopic parts and the table top main part; the adjusting fastener comprises a fastening stud, the lower end of the fastening stud penetrates through the table top main part and is in contact with the telescopic part, and the upper end of the fastening stud is connected with the rotating button.

The miter saw work frame according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer end of the telescopic member is provided with a handle seat mechanism (5), the handle seat mechanism comprises a handle seat (51) in the middle, a sleeve joint part (52) is arranged on one side of the handle seat close to the telescopic member, and a handle piece (53) which is convenient to grasp is arranged on one side of the handle seat far from the telescopic member; the sleeve joint part is sleeved with the outer end of the telescopic piece and is fixedly connected with the outer end of the telescopic piece through a fastener.

A miter saw work frame according to claim 3, characterized in that the middle part of the handle base is provided with a vertically through coupling hole, on which a vertically through coupling sleeve (54) is arranged, the coupling sleeve and the coupling hole being connected with a roller bracket (6); the connecting shaft sleeve is provided with an opening towards one side of the handle piece, two sides of the opening are provided with baffle plates, locking blocks (55) are arranged between the baffle plates, and the locking blocks are supported by the handle seat; an outer protruding part is arranged on one surface of the locking block facing the coupling shaft sleeve, and can penetrate through the opening and collide with the roller bracket in the coupling shaft sleeve; the lower bottom surface of the locking block is provided with a semicircular concave thread groove (56) which is vertical to the connecting shaft sleeve, the surface of the thread groove is provided with threads, and meanwhile, the position on the handle seat below the locking block, which is aligned with the thread groove, is provided with another semicircular concave thread groove, and the upper thread groove and the lower thread groove form a thread column; a locking member (57) is provided on a side of the locking member facing the handle member, the locking member including a stud and a rotation knob, the stud being connected to the threaded post.

The miter saw work frame according to claim 1, wherein the first leg support comprises two first leg bars arranged side by side, a transverse shaft is connected between the upper ends of the two first leg bars, the transverse shaft is hinged with the two first leg bars, the transverse shaft can rotate relative to the two first leg bars, a square pipe shaft sleeve (34) is sleeved on the transverse shaft, and the square pipe shaft sleeve is in fastening connection with the table-board mechanism through a fastener; the upper ends of the two first foot bars are connected with a section of bent handle (35); the lower parts of the first foot bars are connected with inclined bars which are inclined and expanded outwards and straight bars which extend axially, the lower parts of the two first foot bars are symmetrical, a cross bar is connected between the lower ends of the two first foot bars, and the middle part of the cross bar is arranged into a V-shaped bending; the lower ends of the two first foot bars are connected with a wheel mechanism (7).

A miter saw work frame according to claim 1, wherein the second foot rest is located inside the first foot rest, the middle of the first foot rest being cross hinged with the middle of the second foot rest; the wheel mechanism is positioned at the lower end of the first foot support and comprises a wheel shaft, wheels (4) connected with the wheel shaft and a wheel frame (70) jointly supported by the wheel shaft and the first foot rod; the wheel frame is U-shaped, wherein two side plates are respectively connected to the wheel shaft and positioned at two sides of the wheel; the wheel frame is provided with a brake assembly, the brake assembly comprises a brake block (71), a brake key (72) and a release key (73), wherein the brake block is connected to a shaft, the shaft is connected to a side plate of the wheel frame, the wheel frame is hinged with a first shaft (74) and a second shaft (75) through a bearing plate, the first shaft is located above the second shaft, the first shaft is connected with the release key, the second shaft is connected with the brake key, the brake key can press the brake block, and the lower end of the release key is hinged with the upper end of the brake key.
7. The miter saw work frame of claim 1, wherein at least two screw seats are provided on the table top mechanism, the screw seats being clamped and secured to edges of the left and right table top members.
