The operation of one embodiment of the child safety seat of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-6:
As shown in fig. 1, the seat body 1 is mounted on a rotation support base 2, and the rotation support base 2 is mounted on a base 3. As shown in fig. 2, a limiting piece 4 is arranged above the rotary support seat 2, and the bolt 5 passes through the limiting piece 4 to realize connection between the rotary support seat 2 and the base 3, wherein the limiting piece 4 can limit the rotary support seat 2 to move along the vertical direction so as to prevent the rotary support seat 2 from overturning upwards.
As shown in fig. 3, the locking mechanism includes a rotary member 6, a rotary shaft 8, and a spring 9, the rotary shaft 8 is penetrated in a mounting hole of the rotary member 6, and the rotary member 6 is rotatable about the rotary shaft 8. The operation portion 62 of the rotating member 6 is pressed downward, so that the rotating member can be rotated clockwise, and the locking portion 61 is lifted upward to disengage from the locking groove 72 provided in the guide stopper 7, thereby realizing unlocking. The locking portion 61 is reset by the spring 9 and reinserted into the locking groove 72 to lock.
The guide limiting piece 7 is provided with the first boss 71, the rotary disk 21 on the rotary support seat 2 is provided with the second boss 211, the first boss 71 is pressed above the second boss 211, the longitudinal freedom degree of the rotary support seat 2 can be limited, the rotary support seat 2 is limited to move along the vertical direction, the rotary support seat 2 is prevented from overturning upwards, and the movement stability and strength of the rotary support seat 2 are ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, the guide limiting member 7 may be connected to the base 3 by passing a screw through a mounting hole formed in the mounting post 74. The guide limiting pieces 7 are respectively arranged at the front and the rear.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the extending sections 101 and 102 of the U-shaped rod are locked on the upper cover 31 of the base 3 through screws, and the extending sections 101 and 102 can be in direct contact with the lower surface of the upper cover 31 and the upper surface of the lower cover 32, or can be abutted against each other through the supporting columns 33, so that the compressive capacity of the upper cover 31 is increased, and the U-shaped rod 10, the upper cover 31 and the lower cover 32 form a stress common body, so that the stress applied to the upper cover 31 is effectively transferred to the lower cover 32, and the stress applied to the upper cover 31 is better dispersed.
The specific operation steps are as follows: taking the seat body 1 as an initial orientation placement example, a single hand presses the operation part 62 downwards by using the tiger mouth position, the rotating piece 6 rotates around the rotating shaft 8, the clamping part 61 is lifted upwards and separated from the clamping groove 72 on the front guiding limiting piece 7, the rotating support seat 2 is grasped by fingers, and the rotating support seat 2 is rotated by applying force, so that the seat body 1 is driven to rotate; after the rotary supporting seat 2 rotates 180 degrees, the jaw position releases the operation part 62, the rotary piece 6 reversely rotates under the action of the spring 9, the clamping part 61 is inserted into the clamping groove 72 on the rear guide limiting piece 7, locking is achieved, stability and safety of the seat body 1 are guaranteed, and the seat body 1 faces backwards.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned operation steps are only specific operation steps of one embodiment of the child safety seat of the present invention, and are not meant to be merely performed according to the above-mentioned operation steps, and different operation steps are allowed according to different operation habits, and the child safety seat of the present invention may have a plurality of different embodiments, and the corresponding operation steps may also be different.
By way of illustration of various embodiments of the child safety seat of the present invention, it can be seen that the child safety seat embodiments of the present invention have at least one or more of the following advantages:
1. The rotary supporting seat can rotate relative to the base so as to drive the seat body to rotate relative to the base, thereby meeting the requirements of children passengers on riding in different directions;
2. the locking mechanism is arranged on the rotary supporting seat and can rotate along with the rotation of the rotary supporting seat, so that an operator can realize one-hand operation;
3. The locking mechanism realizes the locking or unlocking between the rotary supporting seat and the base in a rotary mode, compared with a linear motion mode, the operation is more labor-saving, the motion stroke is shorter, the requirement on the operation space is smaller, and the operation is more convenient;
4. The locking mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, sensitive unlocking action, high reliability and good safety;
5. the guide limiting piece not only can be matched with the locking mechanism to realize the locking effect, but also has the effect of limiting the longitudinal freedom degree of the rotary supporting seat;
6. and the stress of the upper cover of the base is dispersed by adopting the anti-overturning U-shaped rod, so that the stress condition of the base is optimized.

Claims (14)

1. The child safety seat is characterized by comprising a seat body (1), a rotary supporting seat (2), a base (3) and a locking mechanism, wherein the seat body (1) is installed on the rotary supporting seat (2), the rotary supporting seat (2) is installed on the base (3), the locking mechanism is arranged on the rotary supporting seat (2) and can rotate relative to the base (3) along with the seat body (1) and the rotary supporting seat (2), and the locking mechanism can lock or unlock between the rotary supporting seat (2) and the base (3) in a rotary mode; the locking mechanism comprises a rotating member (6), the rotating member (6) being rotatable relative to the rotation support (2); the child safety seat further comprises a guide limiting piece (7), a clamping groove (72) is formed in the guide limiting piece (7), the rotating piece (6) comprises a clamping portion (61), and the clamping portion (61) can be inserted into or separated from the clamping groove (72) through rotation of the rotating piece (6) so as to lock or unlock the locking mechanism; one side of the clamping groove (72) close to the rotary supporting seat (2) is of an opening structure; the guide limiting piece (7) is provided with a limiting structure capable of limiting the rotary supporting seat (2) to move in the vertical direction.

Child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a spindle (8), wherein the swivel member (6) is provided with a mounting hole, and wherein the spindle (8) passes through the mounting hole and is mounted on the swivel support (2) such that the swivel member (6) can swivel around the spindle (8).
3. Child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the swivel member (6) comprises an operating portion (62), the swivel member (6) being arranged to enable the swivel member (6) to swivel by pressing the operating portion (62) to bring the detent portion (61) up and out of the detent (72).
4. Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding limiter (7) is arranged on the base (3).
5. Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the limit structure comprises a first boss (71) arranged on the guiding limit piece (7), the rotary support seat (2) comprises a rotary disc (21), a second boss (211) is arranged on the rotary disc (21), and the first boss (71) is lapped above the second boss (211) so as to limit the rotary support seat (2) to move along the vertical direction.
6. Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding limiter (7) comprises at least two guiding limiters, wherein two guiding limiters (7) are arranged in front of each other.
7. Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking mechanism further comprises a reset element for resetting the swivel element (6) in the unlocked state to the locked state.
8. Child safety seat according to claim 7, characterized in that the return element comprises a spring (9), one end of the spring (9) being connected to the swivel support (2), the other end of the spring (9) being connected to the swivel element (6).

Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the child safety seat further comprises a limit tab (4), the swivel support (2) comprises a swivel plate (21), the limit tab (4) is arranged above the swivel plate (21), a bolt (5) passes through the limit tab (4) to mount the swivel support (2) on the base (3).
10. Child safety seat according to claim 9, characterized in that the rotating disc (21) is provided with a recess (22), the limit piece (4) being arranged in the recess (22).

Child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the child safety seat is provided with a U-shaped bar (10) for preventing the child safety seat from turning over, the U-shaped bar (10) comprising a body part and an extension (101; 102) extending from both ends of the body part in the direction of the base (3), the base (3) comprising an upper cover (31) and a lower cover (32), the extension (101; 102) extending into the interior of the base (3) for distributing the forces borne by the upper cover (31) onto the lower cover (32).

Child safety seat according to claim 11, characterized in that a support column (33) is provided between the outer surface of the extension (101; 102) and the lower surface of the upper cover (31) and/or the upper surface of the lower cover (32) so that the extension (101; 102) can be brought into abutment with the lower surface of the upper cover (31) or the upper surface of the lower cover (32) by means of the support column (33).
13. Child safety seat according to claim 11, characterized in that the extension (101; 102) is mutually perpendicular to the main body portion.
14. Child safety seat according to claim 13, characterized in that the extension (101; 102) and the main body part are transited by an arc of a circle.
