Technical Field
The invention relates to sports fitness equipment, in particular to a spinning with an elliptical machine function.
Background
The spinning and the exercise bicycle belong to pedal type exercise equipment, are approximately the same in structural composition, and are provided with components such as a handlebar, a flywheel, a saddle, pedals and the like, but are still different in constitution, such as: the flywheel diameter of the spinning bike is larger, the flywheel diameter of the exercise bike is smaller, and the inertia of the flywheel of the spinning bike is larger than that of the exercise bike; the pedal movement of the spinning is bidirectional; the exercise mode of the pedals of the exercise bicycle has to be unidirectional movement if the inertia exceeds the safety rule requirement, and for an elliptical machine, the larger the inertia of the flywheel is, the smoother the riding is; and the elliptical machine pedal also moves bidirectionally. The saddle of the spinning is higher than the saddle of the exercise bicycle, and the height difference between the saddle and the handlebar of the spinning is smaller than that between the saddle and the handlebar of the exercise bicycle, so that a rider of the spinning is in a creeping state with the body leaning forward, the exercise bicycle is usually ridden in a sitting mode, and the spinning can be ridden in a sitting mode or in a standing mode; the rider of the exercise bicycle usually grasps the handle bar with his hand, and the rider of the spinning bicycle grasps the handle bar with his hand while resting on the handle bar with his elbow. It is because the frames of the spinning and the exercise bicycle have certain differences, the frame of the spinning can make the distance between the saddle and the handlebar relatively smaller, and the frame of the exercise bicycle can make the distance between the saddle and the handlebar relatively larger. In order to expand the functions of exercise equipment, the functions of an exercise bicycle are integrated into an elliptical machine in the prior art, so that the exercise bicycle with the elliptical machine functions is generated, a saddle is structurally added to the elliptical machine, the elliptical machine has the functions of the exercise bicycle, the purpose of dual purposes of one machine is achieved, the functions of the elliptical machine are not added to the prior art, the characteristics of enough inertia when the exercise bicycle is ridden are utilized to be applied to the elliptical machine, and a user can feel more comfortable and more effective in exercise; this is because the saddle and the handle bar of the spinning do not provide enough space between them to allow the rider to operate the components that perform the function of the elliptical machine in a standing position.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the spinning with the elliptical machine function, and through the structural improvement of the spinning, enough space can be vacated between a saddle and a handlebar of the spinning to enable a rider to control a part for realizing the elliptical machine function in a standing state, so that the dual-purpose of one machine is achieved.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a spinning with elliptical machine function comprises a main frame, a handle assembly, an inertia wheel, left and right pedals, a saddle, a rotating shaft, a left crank and a right crank; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the main frame, and the inertia wheel is arranged on the main frame and is linked with the rotating shaft; two ends of the rotating shaft are correspondingly connected with one ends of the left crank and the right crank respectively, and the other ends of the left crank and the right crank are connected with the left pedal and the right pedal respectively; the saddle and the handle assembly are arranged on the main frame according to the corresponding positions meeting the requirements of the spinning; the saddle is fixed with the main frame; the spinning also comprises two pedal rods, a rotary supporting rod, an extension device and a supporting device; the bottom end of the rotary supporting rod is pivoted with the main frame, and the top end of the rotary supporting rod is fixedly connected with the handle assembly; one end of each pedal rod is correspondingly connected with the other ends of the left crank and the right crank respectively, and the other ends of the pedal rods are matched with the supporting device respectively; the extension device is connected between the main frame and the handle assembly, so that when the extension device is opened, the handle assembly can rotate around the bottom end of the rotary supporting rod to move forwards, and the distance between the handle assembly and the saddle is expanded, so that an operation space which accords with the function of operating the elliptical machine is reserved.
The extension device comprises an inner rod piece and an outer sleeve, the outer sleeve is pivoted on the upper part of the main frame, one end of the inner rod piece is pivoted with the handle assembly, and the other end of the inner rod piece is slidably inserted in the outer sleeve; the outer sleeve is provided with a first elastic locating pin, and the inner rod piece is provided with a locating hole matched with the first elastic locating pin of the outer sleeve.
The position of the pivot joint of one end of the inner rod piece and the handle component is higher than the position of the pivot joint of the outer sleeve and the main frame.
The main frame comprises a first rear support which is obliquely arranged forwards, and an accommodating cavity for accommodating the other end of the inner rod piece is formed in the upper portion of the first rear support.
The extension device comprises a first rod piece which is obliquely arranged, one end of the first rod piece is pivoted with the handle assembly, the main frame comprises a first rear support which is obliquely arranged forward, the other end of the first rod piece is in sliding fit with the first rear support, the first rear support is provided with a locking device, and the first rod piece is provided with a positioning strip-shaped hole which is matched with the locking device of the first rear support.
The extending device comprises double connecting rods, one ends of the double connecting rods are respectively pivoted with the main frame, and the other ends of the double connecting rods are respectively pivoted with the handle assembly; and the double connecting rods are also provided with a splicing device.
The supporting device is two swing rods, the upper parts of the two swing rods are respectively pivoted with the handle assembly, and the lower parts of the two swing rods are respectively pivoted with the other ends of the two pedal rods.
The supporting device is provided with two rails and two rollers, the two rails are respectively arranged at the lower part of the main frame, the other ends of the two pedal levers are respectively connected with the two rollers, and the two rollers are respectively correspondingly adapted to the two rails.
The other ends of the left crank and the right crank are respectively connected with one ends of the two pedal levers through first connecting pieces, so that the connection position of the pedals and the crank is higher than the connection position of the pedal levers and the crank.
The swing rod comprises a first swing rod and a second swing rod, the bottom end of the first swing rod is pivoted with the other end of the pedal rod, and the top end of the first swing rod is pivoted with the handle assembly; the second swing rod is connected with the top end of the first swing rod through a foldable mechanism or a telescopic mechanism.
The handle assembly comprises a supporting part and a handle part, the supporting part is of a telescopic structure, the handle part is connected to the upper part of the supporting part, and the extension device is connected between the main frame and the supporting part of the handle assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
because the spinning is also provided with two pedal levers, a rotating support rod, an extension device and a supporting device; the bottom end of the rotating support rod is pivoted with the main frame, and the top end of the rotating support rod is pivoted with the handle assembly; one end of each pedal rod is correspondingly connected with the other ends of the left crank and the right crank respectively, and the other ends of the pedal rods are matched with the supporting device respectively; the extension device is connected between the main frame and the handle assembly. The structure of the invention enables the saddle and the handle bar of the spinning to vacate enough space to enable a rider to control the components for realizing the elliptical function in the standing state, thereby achieving the purpose of one machine with two purposes.
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples; however, the spinning with the elliptical machine function is not limited to the embodiment.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the spinning with elliptical function of the present invention comprises a main frame 1, a handle assembly 2, an inertia wheel 31, left and right pedals 32, a saddle 33, a rotating shaft 34, and left and right cranks 35; the rotating shaft 34 is rotatably installed on the main frame 1, and the inertia wheel 31 is installed on the main frame 1 and is linked with the rotating shaft 34; two ends of the rotating shaft 34 are respectively and correspondingly connected with one ends of the left crank 35 and the right crank 35, and the other ends of the left crank 35 and the right crank 35 are respectively connected with the left pedal 32 and the right pedal 32; the saddle 33 and the handle assembly 2 are arranged on the main frame 1 according to the corresponding positions meeting the requirements of the spinning; and saddle 33 is fixed to main frame 1; the spinning also comprises two pedal rods 4, a rotary supporting rod 5, an extension device and a supporting device; the bottom end of the rotary supporting rod 5 is pivoted with the main frame 1, and the top end of the rotary supporting rod 5 is fixedly connected with the handle assembly 2; one end of each of the two pedal levers 4 is correspondingly connected with the other ends of the left crank 35 and the right crank 35, and the other ends of the two pedal levers 4 are matched with the supporting device; the extension device is connected between the main frame 1 and the handle assembly 2, so that when the extension device is opened, the handle assembly 2 can rotate around the bottom end of the rotating support rod 5 to move forwards, thereby expanding the distance between the handle assembly 2 and the saddle 33 and freeing up an operating space which meets the function of operating the elliptical machine.
In this embodiment, the main frame 1 includes a first rear support 11 disposed obliquely forward, a front support 12 disposed obliquely rearward, a bottom support 13, a second rear support 14, a front bottom pipe 15, and a rear bottom pipe 16; the front bottom tube 15 is fixedly connected to the front end of the bottom support 13, the rear bottom tube 16 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the bottom support 13, the bottom end of the first rear support 11 is fixedly connected with the rear end of the bottom support 13, the bottom end of the front support 12 is fixedly connected with the front end of the bottom support 13, and the top end of the first rear support 11 is fixedly connected with the top end of the front support 12; the bottom end of the second rear support 14 is fixedly connected to a substantially middle position of the first rear support 11. The rotating shaft 34 is mounted on the first rear support 11, the flywheel 31 is mounted on the front support 12, and the saddle 33 is fixed on the top end of the second rear support 14.
In this embodiment, the extension device includes an inner rod 61 and an outer sleeve 62, where the outer sleeve 62 is pivotally connected to the upper portion of the main frame 1, specifically to the upper portion of the front support 12, and the front support 12 is provided with a bending portion, so that an included angle between the upper portion of the front support 12 and a horizontal plane is smaller; one end of the inner rod 61 is pivoted with the handle assembly 2, and the other end of the inner rod 61 is slidably sleeved on the outer sleeve 62; the outer sleeve 62 is provided with a first elastic positioning pin 63, and the inner rod 61 is provided with a positioning hole matched with the first elastic positioning pin 63 of the outer sleeve.
In this embodiment, the position of the pivot joint of one end of the inner rod 61 and the handle assembly 2 is higher than the position of the pivot joint of the outer sleeve 62 and the main frame 1.
In this embodiment, the upper portion of the first rear support 11 is provided with a receiving chamber for receiving the other end of the inner rod 61.
In this embodiment, the rotating strut 5 is in the shape of a circular arc.
In this embodiment, the supporting device is two swing rods 7, the upper parts of the two swing rods 7 are respectively pivoted with the handle assembly 2, and the lower parts of the two swing rods 7 are respectively pivoted with the other ends of the two pedal rods 4.
In this embodiment, the swing link 7 includes a first swing link 71 and a second swing link 72, where the bottom end of the first swing link 71 is pivoted to the other end of the pedal lever 4, and the top end of the first swing link 71 is pivoted to the handle assembly 2; the second swing link 72 is connected to the top end of the first swing link 71 by a foldable mechanism or a telescopic mechanism. The second swing link 72 is provided with a grip portion for convenient manual operation by an operator.
In this embodiment, the other ends of the left and right cranks 35 are further connected to one ends of the two pedal levers 4 through first connectors 41, so that the connection position between the pedal 32 and the cranks 35 is higher than the connection position between the pedal levers 4 and the cranks 35. The other ends of the two pedal levers 4 are connected with the bottom ends of the two swing rods 7 through second connecting pieces 42.
In this embodiment, the handle assembly 2 includes a support portion 21 and a handle portion 22, the support portion 21 is of a telescopic structure, the handle portion 22 is connected to an upper portion of the support portion 21, and one end of the inner rod member 61 of the extension device is connected to the support portion 21 of the handle assembly.
When the spreader is not deployed, the saddle 33 and the handle assembly 2 are positioned at corresponding positions that meet the requirements of the spinning, and the exerciser can ride on the saddle 33 to perform riding exercises that operate the spinning. When the elliptical machine function is needed, the first elastic positioning pin 63 of the extending device is pulled out, so that the inner rod piece 61 can slide along the outer sleeve 62, the inner rod piece 61 is pulled out, the handle assembly 2 can rotate around the bottom end of the rotating support rod 5 and move forwards, the distance between the handle assembly 2 and the saddle 33 is further expanded, an operation space which accords with the elliptical machine function is reserved, after the inner rod piece 61 is moved out, the first elastic positioning pin 63 is inserted into the other positioning hole of the inner rod piece 61, so that the inner rod piece 61 and the outer sleeve 62 are relatively fixed, at the moment, an exerciser can stand on the pedal rod 4 to realize the elliptical machine function operation, and the pedal 43 can be further arranged on the pedal rod 4, so that the exerciser can conveniently step on.
The invention relates to a spinning with elliptical machine function, which is characterized in that two pedal rods 4, a rotary supporting rod 5, an extension device and a supporting device are also arranged on the spinning; the bottom end of the rotary supporting rod 5 is pivoted to the main frame 1, and the top end of the rotary supporting rod 5 is pivoted to the handle assembly 2; one end of each of the two pedal levers 4 is correspondingly connected with the other ends of the left crank 35 and the right crank 35, and the other ends of the two pedal levers 4 are matched with the supporting device; the extension device is connected between the main frame 1 and the handle assembly 2. The structure of the invention enables the saddle and the handle bar of the spinning to vacate enough space to enable a rider to control the components for realizing the elliptical function in the standing state, thereby achieving the purpose of one machine with two purposes.
Example two
Referring to fig. 10, the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the supporting device is two rails 73 and two rollers 74, the two rails 73 are respectively installed at the lower part of the main frame 1, the other ends of the two pedal levers 4 are respectively connected with the two rollers 74, and the two rollers 74 are respectively correspondingly adapted to the two rails 73.
Example III
Referring to fig. 11 to 12, the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the extending device includes a first rod 8 disposed obliquely, one end of the first rod 8 is pivoted to the handle assembly 2, the other end of the first rod 8 is slidably fitted on the first rear support 11, the first rear support 11 is provided with a locking device 81, and the first rod 8 is provided with a positioning bar hole 82 for cooperating with the locking device 81 of the first rear support.
In this embodiment, the first rod 8 is in a shape of arc.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 13 to 15, the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the extending device includes a double link 9, each end of the double link 9 is pivoted to the main frame 1, and each other end of the double link 9 is pivoted to the handle assembly 2; the double connecting rods 9 are also provided with a tightening device 91, one connecting rod in the double connecting rods 9 is provided with a round hole, and the other connecting rod in the double connecting rods 9 is provided with a strip hole 92.
