In this embodiment, the seat locking mechanism includes a left second gear 93, a right second spring, a third tooth slot 832 respectively disposed on opposite sides of the left third pivot portion 831 and the right third tooth slot 832 respectively disposed on two sides of the fourth pivot portion 32, the fourth tooth slots 321 on two sides are communicated with the second accommodating hole, each second gear 93 and the second spring are disposed between the third tooth slot 832 and the fourth tooth slot 321 on the same side, and the second spring is disposed between the second gear 93 and the bottom wall of the third tooth slot 832, and under the action of the two second springs, the two second gears 93 are respectively engaged with the third tooth slot 832 and the fourth tooth slot 321 on the same side at the same time, so that the seat locking mechanism is in a locked state, and the seat connecting seat 31 cannot rotate relative to the front foot tube 1, i.e. the seat 3 cannot rotate relative to the front foot tube 1.
Preferably, the third pivot 831, the fourth pivot 32, the two second gears 93, and the two second adapters 62 are pivoted by a second pivot 94.
When the pushing handle 4 slides down, the second driving inclined plane 72 may interact with the second inclined plane 60, the second driving member 61 is pushed to move away from the front leg 1, and the fourth linking member 613 is pushed into the second accommodating hole, and the two second switching members 62 are pushed to move in opposite directions under the interaction of the sixth inclined plane 621 and the fifth inclined plane 611, so as to respectively drive the two second gears to move in opposite directions, so that the two second gears are separated from the third tooth groove on the same side and are engaged with the fourth tooth groove on the same side only. At this time, the seat connecting seat 31 can rotate relative to the fixing seat 8, that is, the seat 3 can rotate relative to the front leg tube 1, and the seat locking mechanism is unlocked. And because the fourth linkage piece 613 is pushed into the second accommodation hole entirely, the second driving piece 61 does not interfere with the rotational folding of the seat 3.
In other embodiments (not shown), the lower side of the seat connecting seat may be provided with left and right third pivoting portions 831, the end of the front fixing portion 83 away from the front foot tube 1 is provided with a fourth pivoting portion 32, and the structures of the third pivoting portion 831 and the fourth pivoting portion 32 are the same as those of the second adaptor 62 described in the above embodiments, however, in this arrangement, the second driving member 61 may be divided into the third and fourth linkage members in the above-mentioned segment design, or may be an integral type, i.e. not divided into the third and fourth linkage members. The second driving member 61 may also be a third and fourth coupling member 612, 613 comprising a fixed connection, but this is essentially the same as the integral second driving member.
In this embodiment, the underside of the seat 3 is pivotally connected to the front side of the fixing base 8, and in other embodiments, the seat 3 may be pivotally connected to the front leg 1 in other suitable orientations.
The seat locking mechanism may be provided in other known and possible configurations as long as it is released by being pushed by the seat release 6.
In this embodiment, the two sides of the lower end of the main driving member 7 are respectively provided with a first driving inclined plane 71 and a second driving inclined plane 72, and in other embodiments, the main driving member 7 may be provided with two components respectively fixed to two sides of the lower end of the push handle bar 4, where the two components are respectively provided with the first driving inclined plane 71 and the second driving inclined plane 72.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 8, a push rod locking mechanism 40 for limiting the relative sliding movement of the push rod 4 and the front foot tube 1 is disposed between the push rod 4 and the front foot tube 1, in this embodiment, the push rod locking mechanism 40 includes a mounting seat 41, a button 42, a third spring 43 and a locking pin 44, the mounting seat 41 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the front foot tube 1, the mounting seat 41 is provided with a mounting slot 411, the button 42 is connected to the mounting slot 411, the middle part of the button 42 is pivoted with the side wall of the mounting slot 411, so as to form a see-saw shape, and the third spring 43 is disposed between one side of the button 42 and the bottom wall of the mounting slot 411, and one end of the locking pin 44 is connected to the other side of the button 42; corresponding perforations are arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting slot 411 and the pipe wall of the front foot pipe 1, and one side of the push handle rod 4 or the main driving piece 7 facing the perforations is provided with one or more locking holes; under the action of the third spring 43, the other end of the locking pin 44 sequentially passes through the bottom wall of the mounting slot 411 and the through hole on the wall of the front foot tube 1 and then is inserted into the locking hole, so that the push rod locking mechanism is in a locking state, the push rod 4 cannot slide downwards relative to the front foot tube 1, and the locking mechanism and the seat locking mechanism cannot be released.
When the stroller of the present invention is to be folded, the push button 42 is pushed toward one side of the third spring 43, the locking pin 44 is moved outward by the seesaw principle, so that the other end of the locking pin 44 is withdrawn from the locking hole of the push handle bar 4, and at this time, the push handle bar locking mechanism is released, and the push handle bar 4 can slide up and down in the front foot tube 1, thereby releasing the rear foot locking mechanism and the seat locking mechanism, and folding the stroller of the present invention.
Preferably, the push handle bar 4 is provided with two locking holes which are vertically spaced, and when the child stroller is in a use state, the locking pins 44 are inserted into the locking holes below; after the pushing handle rod 4 is moved downwards and the rear foot releasing locking piece 5 and the seat releasing locking piece 6 are driven to release the locking mechanism of the rear foot and the locking mechanism of the seat, the locking pin 44 is inserted into the locking hole above under the action of the restoring force of the third spring 43, so that the pushing handle rod 4 is directly lifted upwards after the locking mechanism of the rear foot and the locking mechanism of the seat are released, and the operation is more convenient.
In other embodiments, more locking holes may be provided on the push handle bar 4, so as to adjust the height of the push handle bar 4, so as to adapt to pushers with different heights.
In other embodiments, the locking mechanism of the push handle rod may be other well-known and feasible structures, and the unlocking mechanism for unlocking the push handle rod 4 may be other well-known and feasible structures, which are not essential to the present invention, so that further description is omitted.
The baby stroller with simple folding operation further comprises a front wheel 20 arranged at the front lower side of the front foot tube 1 and a rear wheel 30 arranged at the rear lower side of the rear foot 2.
