The invention also provides an automatic operation exchange vehicle and a working method of the sickbed embodiment I using the operation exchange vehicle, which specifically comprises the following working steps:
1) The operation exchange vehicle is placed side by side with the sickbed 1, and one end of the bedstead 11 clamped with the bed legs 14 is lifted;
2) The first electric cylinder 22 is lifted up, so that the temporary storage box 24 of the sickbed and the bed plate 2 on the sickbed 1 are positioned at the same horizontal position;

The hospital bed temporary storage box 24 is internally provided with a group of rollers 251, the rollers 251 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the hospital bed temporary storage box 24, and the bed board 2 can move on the group of rollers 251.

The invention also provides an automatic operation exchange vehicle and a working method of a sickbed embodiment II using the operation exchange vehicle, which specifically comprises the following working steps:

2) The first electric cylinder 22 is lifted up, so that the temporary storage box 24 of the sickbed and the bed plate 2 on the sickbed 1 are positioned at the same horizontal position;
3) Starting the bed board transferring device 5, simultaneously rotating the first screw rod 573 and the second screw rod 574, moving the first slider 575 and the second slider 576 towards the direction close to the operation exchange vehicle, and moving the bed board 2 on the sickbed 1 into the sickbed temporary storage box 24 by the third bed board supporting rod 577 and the fourth bed board supporting rod 578;
4) The first screw rod 573 and the second screw rod 574 are rotated reversely with the step 3), and the first slider 575 and the second slider 576 move the third bed board support rod 577 and the fourth bed board support rod 578 back into the bed frame 11;
5) The first electric cylinder 22 descends; so that the bed board 2 on the operation exchange vehicle and the bed frame 11 of the sickbed 1 are positioned at the same horizontal position;
6) Starting the bed board transferring device 5, simultaneously rotating the first screw rod 573 and the second screw rod 574, moving the first slider 575 and the second slider 576 to a direction approaching to the operation exchange vehicle, and moving the third bed board supporting rod 577 and the fourth bed board supporting rod 578 to the lower part of the bed board 2;
7) The first electric cylinder 22 descends to continue descending, so that the bed plate 2 on the operation exchange vehicle is placed on the third bed plate support rod 577 and the fourth bed plate support rod 578;
8) The first screw 573 and the second screw 574 rotate in the opposite direction to the step 6), the first slider 575 and the second slider 576 move away from the operation exchange cart, and the bed board 2 is moved into the bed frame 11;
9) The second electric cylinder 411 is retracted, so that the head end and the tail end of the bed plate 2 are clamped into the first groove 416 of the bed plate supporting plate 414, and the transfer of the patient is completed.

The hospital bed temporary storage box 24 is internally provided with a group of rollers 251, the rollers 251 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the hospital bed temporary storage box 24, and the bed board 2 can move on the group of rollers 251.
