Technical Field
The invention relates to a walking aid, in particular to a foldable portable walking aid, belonging to the technical field of appliances for assisting patients or disabled people to walk.
Background
The walking aid is an appliance for assisting a human body to support the weight, keep balance and walk. Through the support of the apparatus, the elderly patients with inconvenient legs and feet, and the like, who have inflexible legs and feet and even lose walking ability, can take care of themselves and walk like normal people. The most common walkers include two-and four-wheeled walkers. Both walkers provide stability to the user when the user has difficulty in maintaining balance or is prone to falling.
The invention aims to take the storage portability and the use stability of the walking aid into consideration, the walking aid can be easily stored after being used, the occupied space is small, and the user can safely and stably experience the product function in use.

The invention relates to a foldable portable walking aid, which can enable the elderly and patients and other people with inflexible legs and feet or even without walking ability to take care of themselves, can be stored by simple operation after use, and saves space.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical means:
the collapsible portable walker device comprises: a bracket assembly, a beam assembly and a handle assembly; the bracket assembly consists of two first brackets and two second brackets, the two first brackets are connected together through the beam assembly, the first brackets and the second brackets form a shape like a Chinese character 'in', the two second brackets are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the two first brackets, and the two second brackets are both positioned at the inner sides of the two first brackets; the handle assembly is positioned at the upper part of the bracket assembly;
the beam assembly consists of a first beam, a second beam and a third beam, the first beam, the second beam and the third beam have the same structure and are respectively positioned at the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the first support, and two ends of the first beam, the second beam and the third beam are respectively fixedly connected with the two first supports;
the first cross beam, the second cross beam and the third cross beam are of a two-link structure with a pivot in the middle, so that the folding in the cross beam direction can be realized; the first cross beam, the second cross beam and the third cross beam are all provided with fastening devices, when the cross beams are in an unfolded state, the cross beams are kept in the unfolded state, and the fastening devices are arranged on one side of the cross beams, which faces away from a user;
the fastening device comprises two studs fixedly arranged on the two connecting rod structures, a fastening piece and two nuts matched with the two studs, when the first, second and third cross beams are in an unfolded state, the fastening piece penetrates through the two studs of the cross beam and is fixed on the cross beam through the two nuts;
preferably, a washer is matched with the nut;
the handle assembly comprises two upright posts, two handles and two protective arms, the tops of the two upright posts are respectively hinged with the two first supports and are positioned at the inner sides of the two first supports, the two handles are respectively positioned at the lower parts of the two upright posts, and the two protective arms can respectively slide and rotate on the two upright posts and can be fastened on the upright posts through locking screws;
the two first brackets are also provided with a pair of first limiting and fixing devices and a pair of second limiting and fixing devices for limiting the moving positions of the handle assembly and the two second brackets;
the first limiting fixing device is positioned at the upper end of the first support, one end of the first limiting fixing device is fixedly connected to the inner side of the first support, the other end of the first limiting fixing device is of an arc structure matched with the stand column of the handle assembly, two opposite through holes are formed in the arc structure, and when the stand column is clamped into the arc structure, the telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the stand column fall into the through holes in the arc structure, so that limiting and fixing of the stand column are realized;
the second limiting fixing device is positioned at the middle lower part of the first support, between the second cross beam and the third cross beam, one end of the second limiting fixing device is fixedly connected to the inner side of the first support, the other end of the second limiting fixing device is of an arc structure matched with the second support, two opposite through holes are formed in the arc structure, and when the second support is clamped into the arc structure, the telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the second support fall into the through holes in the arc structure, so that limiting and fixing of the second support are realized;

the trundles are arranged under the two first supports and the two second supports, the trundles arranged under the second supports are universal trundles, the movement capability of the walking aid and the controllability of a user are improved, and the distance between the two universal trundles is smaller than that between the trundles of the two first supports, so that the design enables the user to be more flexible when the walking aid is used for steering;
furthermore, the two universal casters are provided with brake devices, so that a user can step down the brake devices by feet when stopping for rest or stopping using the walking aid, and the safety of the walking aid is improved;
the projection of the handle assembly on the horizontal plane is positioned in a quadrangle formed by the four trundles, when a user uses the walking aid, the arm passes through the protective arm, the two hands hold the handles, the body naturally tilts forwards, the projection of the handle assembly on the horizontal plane is positioned between the trundles of the second support and the trundles of the first support, so that the walking aid does not have the risk of toppling, and the structural center of gravity of the walking aid is positioned in the middle;

The use method of the foldable portable walking aid comprises the following steps:

(1) Rotating the two second supports to the two second limiting fixing devices respectively around the positions hinged with the two first supports, so that the telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the second supports fall into through holes on the circular arc structures of the second limiting fixing devices, and the support assemblies are unfolded;
(2) pulling the two first supports transversely in opposite directions to unfold the first, second and third cross beams, mounting the fastening devices of the cross beams on the cross beams, and screwing nuts to unfold the cross beam assembly;
(3) the two upright posts of the handle assembly rotate to the two first limiting fixing devices around the hinged positions of the two first supports respectively, so that the telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the upright posts fall into the through holes on the circular arc structures of the first limiting fixing devices, and the handle assembly is unfolded.
Folding process of walking aid
(1) The telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the two upright posts of the handle assembly are pressed down, the telescopic clamping mechanisms are released from the two first limiting fixing devices, and the handle assembly is folded towards the first support direction to complete the folding of the handle assembly;
(2) detaching the fastening devices on the first, second and third cross beams, and moving and folding the two connecting rod structures of the first, second and third cross beams upwards to complete the folding of the cross beam assembly;
(3) the telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on the second support are pressed down, are released from the two second limiting fixing devices, and are folded towards the first support direction to complete the folding of the support assembly.
The invention has the following advantages
(1) The handle assembly is provided with a protective arm which can provide necessary support for a user and protect the arm of the user;
(2) the spring connecting the first support and the second support can provide buffering in the use process of the walking aid, so that the use comfort is improved, meanwhile, the tension of the spring plays a role in protecting the second limiting fixing device, so that the second limiting fixing device is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge force of the second support acting on the second limiting fixing device, the second support can be retracted, and a tension can be provided, so that the folding efficiency of the walking aid is improved;
(3) the handle assembly, the beam assembly and the support assembly can be folded, so that the storage space is saved;
(4) structural design is reasonable, expandes and fold swift convenience, and stable in structure is reliable during the use, and the user can not appear the motion damage, plays the purpose that fine motion was taken exercise.

It should be noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the elements related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

The invention is realized by adopting the following technical means:
the collapsible portable walker device comprises: a bracket assembly, a beam assembly and a handle assembly; the bracket component comprises two first brackets 2 and two second brackets 1, the two first brackets 2 are connected together through a beam component, the first brackets 2 and the second brackets 1 form a shape like the Chinese character 'in', the two second brackets 1 are respectively hinged with the middle parts of the two first brackets 2, and the two second brackets 1 are both positioned at the inner sides of the two first brackets 2; the handle assembly is positioned at the upper part of the bracket assembly;

The use method of the foldable portable walking aid comprises the following steps:

(3) the two upright posts 21 of the handle assembly rotate to the two first limiting fixing devices 4 around the hinged positions of the two first supports 2 respectively, so that the telescopic clamping mechanisms which are oppositely arranged on the upright posts 21 fall into the through holes on the circular arc structures of the first limiting fixing devices 4, and the expansion of the handle assembly is completed.
Folding process of walking aid
(1) Pressing down telescopic clamping mechanisms oppositely arranged on two upright posts 21 of the handle assembly, releasing the upright posts 21 from the two first limiting and fixing devices 4, and folding the handle assembly towards the first bracket 2 to complete the folding of the handle assembly;
(2) the fastening devices on the first, second and third cross beams are detached, and the two connecting rod structures of the first, second and third cross beams are moved upwards and folded to complete the folding of the cross beam assembly (three fastening pieces can be sleeved on a stud and fixed by nuts so as to avoid losing);
(3) and pressing down the telescopic clamping mechanisms which are oppositely arranged on the second support 1, releasing the second support from the two second limiting fixing devices 3, and folding the second support 1 towards the first support 2 to complete the folding of the support component.
