Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of seats, in particular to a seat and a vehicle.
Background
For 7 SUVs or MPVs, the middle seat is a flip seat, and when a rear passenger gets on the vehicle, the middle seat needs to be moved to provide enough space for getting on the vehicle, and this process needs to flip or slide the middle seat to adjust the middle seat forward to provide space for the rear passenger to get on or off the vehicle.
At present, the folding of the folding seat adopts various structural forms, for example, one structural form is that a backrest is folded and then is stacked on the seat, and then the backrest and the seat are folded forwards together. However, in this structure, the requirement for the distance between the front row seat and the middle row seat is large, and the force applied by the passengers during the folding process is large, so that the manual operation is inconvenient.
In another form, the backrest is flipped forward a set angle and held at an angle to the seat and then moved forward together. However, the space for getting on and off the vehicle provided by the structure is small, and the convenience for the passengers in the back row to get on and off the vehicle is not facilitated.
In other structural forms, for example, the seat cushion is turned backwards and then slides forwards as a whole, or the seat cushion slides forwards as a whole and turns over a set angle forwards, or the backrest is turned backwards and then is turned forwards as a whole, the structure is complex and the cost is high.
In these prior art seat adjusting structures, the backrest and the seat cushion are integrally adjusted together, which provides a smaller boarding and disembarking space and a higher cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a seat that allows a seat cushion and a backrest to be separately adjusted to provide a sufficient space for a rear passenger to get on and off.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a seat comprising a backrest, a support rail on which the backrest is slidably disposed in a front-rear direction of the seat, and a seat cushion, a rear end of which is releasably connected to the backrest, and a front end of which is rotatably disposed on the support rail, wherein the rear end and the backrest are fixedly connected in a seating state; in the retracted state, the rear end and the backrest are disengaged, the seat cushion is turned about its own pivot point, and the backrest slides along the support rail toward the seat cushion to a desired position.
In contrast to the prior art, in the seat according to the present invention, since the rear end of the seat cushion is releasably coupled to the backrest, the seat cushion can be reversed and the backrest can be slid forward, so that the seating state can be provided after the rear end of the seat cushion and the backrest are fixedly coupled, and when a rear passenger needs to get on or off the vehicle, the rear end of the seat cushion and the backrest are released, the seat cushion is then reversed forward, and the backrest is slid forward, so that the seat cushion and the backrest are separately adjusted to provide a sufficient space for the rear passenger to get on or off the vehicle.
Further, the seat cushion is provided so as to be movable forward and downward as a whole to a set position in the height direction of the seat after being turned over to the upright state.
Further, the backrest is arranged to be capable of being turned forward by a preset angle.
Further, in the sitting state, the backrest can be overturned forwards and laid down to drive the seat cushion to sink forwards and downwards, so that the space vacated by the seat cushion sinking is occupied by the backrest.
Further, the backrest is turned forward to rest on the seat cushion.
Further, the seat includes a front link, wherein one end of the front link is rotatably connected to the front end of the seat, and the other end of the front link is rotatably connected to the support rail.
Further, the support rail comprises a lower fixed rail and an upper sliding guide rail slidably disposed on the lower fixed rail, wherein the front link rotatably connected to the front end is rotatably connected to the lower fixed rail, and the backrest is rotatably disposed on the upper sliding guide rail.
Further, a rear link is rotatably provided on the backrest, and the rear end of the seat cushion and the rear link are releasably connected.
Furthermore, the rear connecting rod comprises an inner flanging, a through hole is formed in the inner flanging, a clamping jaw is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner flanging, and a connecting pin is arranged at the bottom of the seat cushion, wherein in a clamping state, the clamping jaw clamps the connecting pin penetrating through the through hole; in the released state, the clamping claw releases the clamping of the connecting pin.
In addition, the present invention provides a vehicle provided with any one of the seats described above, wherein the support rail is fixedly provided on the vehicle body bracket.
As described above, the middle seat can provide enough space for the rear passengers to get on and off the vehicle, thereby improving the overall quality of the vehicle as a whole.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.

Detailed Description
In addition, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to the structure shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the seat of the present invention includes a backrest 1, a support rail 2, and a seat cushion 3, the backrest 1 being slidably provided on the support rail 2 in a front-rear direction of the seat, a rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 being releasably connected to the backrest 1, and a front end 5 of the seat cushion 3 being rotatably provided on the support rail 2, wherein the rear end 4 is fixedly connected to the backrest 1 in a seating state; in the retracted state, the rear end 4 is disengaged from the backrest 1, the seat cushion 3 is turned about its own pivot point, and the backrest 1 is slid along the support rail 2 toward the seat cushion 3 to a desired position.
In this technical solution, since the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 is releasably connected to the backrest 1, and the seat cushion 3 can be reversed and the backrest 1 can be slid forward, so that the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 1 are fixedly connected to provide a sitting state for a middle-row passenger to sit, when a rear-row passenger needs to get on or off the vehicle, the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 1 are released, and then the seat cushion 3 is reversed forward as shown in fig. 2, and the backrest 1 can be slid forward, so that the seat cushion 3 and the backrest 1 are separately adjusted to provide a sufficient space for the rear-row passenger to get on or off the vehicle, and also to allow the passenger to easily and conveniently adjust.
Of course, the seat cushion 3 may be turned forward to a vertical state and placed on the support surface of the support rail 2, for example, in the structure shown in fig. 2, the front link 6 is in a vertical state and the seat cushion 3 is also in a vertical state at the same time.
In order to further provide a sufficient boarding and disembarking space to fully utilize the space between the middle seat and the front seat, it is preferable that, as shown with reference to fig. 2 and 3, after the seat cushion 3 is turned over to the upright state, the seat cushion 3 is disposed to be capable of moving forward and downward as a whole to a set position in the height direction of the seat, such as moving forward and downward by a set distance to reach the set position, so that the seat cushion 3 can be moved forward as far as possible to provide a sufficient forward movement space to the backrest 1. For example, the front link 6 is turned forward from the vertical state to a substantially horizontal state, and then brings the seat cushion 3 forward and downward to move in a vertical position, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
Of course, in other forms of construction, the front ends of the support rails 2 may form downwardly inclined ramps along which the support blocks connected to the front ends 5 of the seat cushion 3 can slide downwardly and forwardly so that the seat cushion 3 as a whole moves forwardly and downwardly a set distance.
In addition, as shown with reference to fig. 3 and 4, in order to provide a sufficient space even further, it is preferable that the backrest 1 is provided to be able to be turned forward by a preset angle, for example, if the boarding space is still insufficient when the backrest 1 is turned to the state shown in fig. 3, the backrest 1 may be rotated forward by 35 ° again. Further, after the seat cushion 3 is turned to the upright state, the seat cushion 3 as a whole moves forward and downward by a set distance in the height direction of the seat, and then the backrest 1 can be turned forward again by a preset angle.
Of course, the backrest 1 is configured to be able to turn forward by a preset angle in both the seating state and the avoiding state, for example, in the seating state, the backrest 1 can turn forward and fall down to drive the seat cushion 3 to sink forward and downward, so that the space vacated by the seat cushion 3 to sink is occupied by the backrest 1. Thus, the backrest 1 can be laid flat to increase the space for placing articles, for example, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, when the backrest 1 is laid down forward, the seat cushion 3 sinks down, eventually reaching a state where the backrest 1 is laid flat (including substantially flat) as shown in fig. 7.
Further, in order to provide a larger boarding and alighting space or a space for placing articles, it is preferable that the backrest 1 be turned forward to rest on the seat cushion 3 as shown in fig. 7 and 4. In this way, the seat cushion 3 can provide support to the backrest 1.
In addition, in the seat of the present invention, the seat includes a front link 6, wherein one end of the front link 6 is rotatably connected to the front end 5 of the seat, and the other end of the front link 6 is rotatably connected to the support rail 2. Thus, as described above, the front end 5 of the seat cushion 3 and the front link 6 not only facilitate the seat cushion 3 to move forward and downward by a predetermined distance as a whole, but also facilitate the backrest 1 to be turned forward and laid down to drive the seat cushion 3 to sink forward and downward.
In addition, in order to facilitate the backrest 1 to slide and turn, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the support rail 2 includes a lower fixed rail 7 and an upper slide rail 8 slidably disposed on the lower fixed rail 7, wherein the lower fixed rail 7 may be fixedly disposed on the vehicle body bracket, and the front link 6 to which the front end 5 is rotatably coupled may be rotatably coupled to the lower fixed rail 7, and the backrest 1 may be rotatably disposed on the upper slide rail 8. Thus, the upper sliding guide rail 8 can facilitate not only the forward sliding and returning of the backrest 1, but also the forward overturning and returning of the backrest 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a rear link 9 is rotatably provided on the backrest 1, and the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 and the rear link 9 are releasably connected. Thus, the seat cushion 3 and the rear link 9 can be regarded as a single piece when they are fixedly connected, so that the rear link 9 can drive the seat cushion 3 to move forward when the backrest 1 is turned forward.
In a preferred structure, the integral piece of the rear link 9 and the seat cushion 3, the front link 6, the support rail 2 and the backrest 1 can form a four-bar linkage mechanism, so that the backrest 1 can be more conveniently turned forward to drive the seat cushion 3 to sink.
Further, the rear link 9 and the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 may be releasably connected by a structural form, for example, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the rear link 9 includes an inward flange 10, the inward flange 10 is formed with a through hole 11, a clamping jaw 12 is provided on a bottom surface of the inward flange 10, and a connecting pin 13 is provided on a bottom of the seat cushion 3, wherein, in a clamped state, the clamping jaw 12 clamps the connecting pin 13 passing through the through hole 11; in the released state, the clamping claws 12 release the clamping of the connecting pin 13. In this way, the inner cuff 10 may also provide support to the seat cushion 3.
In addition, in the structure shown in fig. 8, a positioning support 14 is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner flange 10, two clamping jaws 12 are arranged in a space between the positioning support 14 and the inner flange 10, and a clamping opening identical to the through hole 11 is formed between the two clamping jaws 12, so that the two clamping jaws 12 are away from each other and can be separated to allow the connecting pin 13 to be disengaged from the clamping opening, or the connecting pin 13 is clamped in the clamping opening after being folded.
Finally, the invention provides a vehicle provided with a seat as described in any of the above, wherein the support rail 2 is fixedly arranged on the body frame. Thus, the middle-row seat can provide enough space for the back-row passengers to get on or off the vehicle, and the overall quality of the vehicle is integrally improved.
The adjustment process of the preferred seat of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
1. adjustment for rear passenger ingress and egress:
the clamping claw 12 is opened, the inward flanging 10 and the seat cushion 3 are released, the seat cushion 3 is in a rotatable state, and the seat cushion 3 is rotated forwards around the lower end rotating shaft of the front connecting rod 6, so that the seat cushion 3 is turned forwards by nearly 90 degrees; then the backrest 1 is slid forwards (the backrest 1 is rigidly connected with the upper sliding guide rail, and the backrest 1 slides forwards along with the upper sliding guide rail 8) until the frontmost part (namely, the maximum stroke of the lower fixed rail); the angle of the backrest 1 can be adjusted forward, so that the backrest 1 rotates by a certain angle (the angle is set according to the actual environment) around the rotating shaft until the backrest 1 contacts with the seat cushion 3.
In the process, the seat cushion 3 is separated from the backrest 1, and the seat cushion 3 can independently rotate forwards; in the use position, the seat cushion 3 is only required to be put down, and the seat cushion is locked by the clamping claws 12, so that the seat cushion is fixed.
Of course, in this process, two limit stoppers are formed on the lower fixing rail to limit the turnover of the front link 6, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
2. To lay the backrest flat, the space for placing articles is increased
When the seat is in the seating state, the rear end 4 of the seat cushion 3 is locked with the inward turned edge 10, and the seat cushion 3 and the rear link 9 are in the locked state, which is regarded as one piece, and form the above-described four-link mechanism. When the backrest 1 is reclined forward, the seat cushion 3 sinks, eventually making the backrest 1 flat or substantially flat.
In the seat, the seat cushion 3 and the rear connecting rod 9 are divided into two structures, and when the boarding space is increased, the two structures are separated, so that the integral forward movement of the backrest 1 is realized; when the backrest 1 is flatly placed, the seat cushion 3 and the rear connecting rod 9 are combined into a whole to form the upper connecting rod, and the flatting of the seat is realized, so that the whole structure of the seat is simpler, the space for getting on the vehicle is increased to the greatest extent, and the whole complexity and the high cost are not increased.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
