Some infusion supports have also appeared among the prior art, have disclosed an infusion support like chinese patent application No. 201510812431.2, relate to medical instrument technical field, the infusion support include first stand, second stand and removal base, remove the base pass through the screw thread with the first stand lower extreme links to each other, is equipped with the lantern ring on the first stand, storing basket, first stand upper end is equipped with interior sleeve pipe, interior sleeve pipe can slide from top to bottom at first stand inner wall and utilize adjusting bolt to fix through the lantern ring, interior sleeve pipe upper end is fixed at platform right side lower extreme, second stand bottom mounting is at platform upper left end, the top of second stand is equipped with infusion couple more than two, and the lower extreme is equipped with netted cover more than two under the couple, netted cover is fixed on the second stand. However, the infusion support can not heat infusion in winter, and medical staff can not be automatically informed when the liquid medicine in the infusion support is insufficient.
In view of the above, the multifunctional infusion support for clinical medicine provided by the invention can heat an infusion tube during infusion in winter, and is provided with an automatic alarm device for informing medical staff to replace an infusion bottle.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a multifunctional infusion support for clinical medicine, which is mainly used for lifting water for a patient to heat an infusion tube in winter, and is additionally provided with a heating vibration unit to remove bubbles in the infusion tube in order to prevent bubbles generated in heating from entering the body of the patient, and a hand-held unit is added for the patient to watch mobile phone videos and provide supporting and assisting functions.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a multifunctional infusion support for clinical medicine, which comprises a first support frame, a second support frame, a base unit, an alarm unit, a heating vibration unit and an armrest unit, wherein the first support frame is arranged inside the second support frame, a hollow cavity is arranged in the first support frame, and the first support frame is used for adjusting the height of an infusion bottle; the second support frame is fixedly arranged on the base, grooves are formed in two side walls of the second support frame, a hollow cavity is formed in the second support frame, and adjusting screws are arranged on the two side walls of the second support frame and used for locking the first support frame; the base unit is arranged at the bottom end of the second support frame and is convenient for a patient to move to a toilet; the alarm unit is arranged on the first support frame and used for informing medical personnel that the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is insufficient; the heating and vibrating unit is arranged in the groove of the second support frame and is used for heating and vibrating the infusion tube in winter during infusion; the handrail unit is hinged on the second support frame and supports and assists the patient to walk. When the infusion device works, an infusion bottle is hung on the alarm unit, the adjusting screw is screwed to lift the support frame to a proper height, the infusion tube penetrates through the heating vibration unit, and the heating vibration unit heats and vibrates the infusion tube during infusion; when the patient needs to walk or go to a toilet, the handrail unit is put down and can walk by leaning on the handrail unit.
Preferably, the alarm unit comprises a rotating shaft, a hook, a return spring, a fixed block and a conducting strip, the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the first support frame, a round hole is formed in the first support frame, and the rotating shaft is positioned in the round hole; the hook penetrates through a round hole of the first support frame, a through hole is formed in the hook, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the through hole; one end of the reset spring is connected to the hook, and the other end of the reset spring is connected to the fixed block; the fixed block is fixedly arranged in the first support frame; the conducting strip is arranged in the first supporting frame and is electrically connected with an alarm of a medical staff working room. When the infusion bottle is in operation, an infusion bottle is hung on the hook, the hook is stressed to be tilted, the hook is separated from the conducting strip, when liquid in the infusion bottle is insufficient, the reset spring pulls the hook down, the hook is contacted with the conducting strip to form an electric loop, and then medical staff can be informed.
Preferably, the heating and vibrating unit comprises a shell, a heating layer, an electromagnet and a magnet; the shell is of a tubular structure and is arranged in the groove of the second support frame; the heating layer is arranged inside the shell; the electromagnet is arranged in the groove of the second support frame and is connected with alternating current; the magnet pass the through-hole of zone of heating and casing, the through-hole has been seted up respectively to zone of heating and casing, the electrode alternation of electro-magnet, magnet reciprocating motion that makes a round trip, magnet are used for knocking the transfer line, get rid of the intraductal bubble of transfer. The during operation, the infusion in winter, patient can feel cold, need open the heating vibration unit this moment, and the zone of heating heats the transfer line, because liquid expend with heat and contract with cold when heating, can produce the bubble, and the electro-magnet circular telegram, the electrode alternation of electro-magnet, under the effect of magnetic force, magnet reciprocating motion makes a round trip, and magnet strikes the transfer line, gets rid of the bubble in the transfer line.
Preferably, the base unit comprises a support rod, a cylindrical pin and a universal wheel, the support rod is arranged on the second support frame and consists of two sections of square rods, the two sections of square rods are hinged through the cylindrical pin, and the support rod can be folded and retracted; the universal wheel is rotatably arranged at the other end of the supporting rod. When not in use, the supporting rods can be folded, and the storage space is reduced.

Preferably, the handrail is provided with rubber ribs for increasing friction and preventing hands from being frozen during walking in winter.

2. The alarm unit provided by the invention is matched with the hook, the reset spring and the conducting strip, the weight of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is gradually reduced, when the weight of the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle reaches a fixed value, the alarm unit forms an electric circuit to inform medical staff of replacing the infusion bottle, the carelessness of a patient is avoided, the medical staff is informed only after the liquid medicine in the infusion bottle is infused, and the pain of the patient is relieved.
3. As an embodiment of the present invention, the heating vibration unit 5 includes a housing 51, a heating layer 52, an electromagnet 53, and a magnet 54; the shell 51 is of a tubular structure, and the shell 51 is arranged in a groove of the second bracket 2; the heating layer 52 is arranged inside the shell 51; the electromagnet 53 is arranged in the groove of the second bracket 2, and the electromagnet 53 is connected with alternating current; the magnet 54 penetrates through holes of the heating layer 52 and the shell 51, the heating layer 52 and the shell 51 are respectively provided with through holes, electrodes of the electromagnet 53 are changed alternately, the magnet 54 reciprocates back and forth, and the magnet 54 is used for knocking the infusion tube to remove air bubbles in the infusion tube. When the infusion tube is in use, a patient can feel cold when infusion is carried out in winter, the heating vibration unit 5 needs to be started at the moment, the infusion tube is heated by the heating layer 52, bubbles can be generated due to expansion and contraction of liquid during heating, the electromagnet 53 is electrified, the electrodes of the electromagnet 53 are alternately changed, the magnet 54 reciprocates back and forth under the action of magnetic force, and the magnet 54 knocks the infusion tube to remove the bubbles in the infusion tube.
As an embodiment of the invention, the base unit 3 comprises a support rod 31, a cylindrical pin 32 and a universal wheel 33, the support rod 31 is mounted on the second bracket 2, the support rod 31 is composed of two sections of square rods, the two sections of square rods are hinged through the cylindrical pin 32, and the support rod 31 can be folded and retracted; the universal wheel 33 is rotatably mounted at the other end of the support rod 31. When not in use, the support rods 31 can be folded up to reduce the storage space.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the armrest unit 6 includes a armrest rod 61, a mobile phone clamp 62, and a positioning block 63; the handrail 61 is connected to the second bracket 2 in a pin-chain manner; the mobile phone clamp 62 is arranged at the front end of the handrail 61, and the mobile phone clamp 62 is used for clamping a mobile phone; the positioning block 63 is installed on the second support frame 2, the positioning block 63 is located below the handrail 61, and the positioning block 63 prevents the handrail 61 from rotating downwards.
