Abstract
The invention discloses a mattress with adjustable hardness, which comprises at least one elasticity providing module, at least one air bag module and a lining for placing the elasticity providing module and the air bag module. The lining is provided with a plurality of grid units, each grid unit respectively defines an assembly space, the elastic force providing module is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies respectively arranged in one of the assembly spaces, and the air bag module is provided with a plurality of air bag units respectively arranged in one of the assembly spaces. Each air bag unit can be inflated uniformly, and each grid unit can uniformly limit the inflated volume of each air bag unit, so that the problem that the flatness cannot be maintained after the air bag unit is inflated in the conventional embodiment can be solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mattress with adjustable hardness, in particular to an inflatable mattress capable of maintaining flatness when being inflated.
Background
With the high development of science and technology, the quality requirements of people on the aspects of food, clothes, live, walk, breed, happiness and the like are gradually improved. In view of the "live" aspect, it can be seen that, besides the general mattresses made of sponge, there are mattresses in which a plurality of air bags are installed for users to adjust their hardness. For example, chinese patent No. CN 201270999 discloses an inflatable bed, which comprises a bed body, a mattress, a bedside backrest, a plurality of air bags, an air bag supporting layer and a forming control layer. Wherein, the mattress set up in bed body surface, the head of a bed back set up in bed body surface near side department, some gasbag arrange set up in the bed body and independent each other not communicate each other, gasbag holding force layer and the cladding of shaping control layer in some gasbags are outside. When the inflatable bed is actually used, a user can inflate the air bags to adjust the hardness of the bed body, and the air bag holding layer and the forming control layer can be used for limiting the expansion shapes of the air bags to avoid the deformation of the bed body.
However, it can be seen from the implementation of the CN 201270999 patent that the air cells are independent from each other and do not communicate with each other, so that the air cells will have different inflated states after being inflated, and further the user will feel uncomfortable due to the concave and convex parts when lying on the mattress. Furthermore, the inflatable bed is further unable to be supported by the air bags flatly because the air bag holding layer and the forming control layer limit the expansion range of the air bags together.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that the flatness cannot be maintained after the inflation in the conventional embodiment.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mattress with adjustable firmness, comprising at least one elasticity providing module, at least one air bag module, and a liner for placing the elasticity providing module and the air bag module therein, wherein: the liner is provided with a plurality of grid units, an assembly space is defined in each grid unit, the elasticity providing module is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies which are arranged in one of the assembly spaces respectively, the air bag module is provided with a plurality of air bag units which are arranged in one of the assembly spaces respectively, the air bag units are communicated with each other and can be connected with an inflating device, each air bag unit is injected with gas by the inflating device to press one of the elastic bodies respectively to change the hardness of the mattress, and each assembly space limits the expansion volume of one of the air bag units after receiving the gas respectively.
In one embodiment, each of the grid units is disposed on the same horizontal plane and parallel to each other, and each of the assembly spaces is elongated and is respectively filled with one of the elastic bodies and one of the air bag units. The grid units are arranged to form a rectangular shape.
In one embodiment, the bushing has a plurality of strip-shaped structures arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other on the inner wall of the periphery of each of the assembling spaces. Furthermore, each strip-shaped structure is a strip-shaped groove or a strip-shaped through hole respectively.
In one embodiment, each of the elastic bodies is a sponge strip.
In one embodiment, each of the elastic bodies is a spring assembly, and each of the spring assemblies has two plates and a plurality of springs connected between the two plates.

Through the above embodiment, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics:
the lining sleeve is provided with the grid units for respectively placing the elastic body and the air bag units and communicating the air bag units, so that each air bag unit can be uniformly inflated without different expansion states, and the lining sleeve can uniformly limit the inflated expansion volume of each air bag unit through each grid unit, thereby solving the problem that the prior embodiment cannot maintain flatness after being inflated.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail and technical content with reference to the drawings as follows:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a mattress with adjustable firmness, which includes an elasticity providing module 1, an air bag module 2 and a lining 3. The elasticity providing module 1 has a plurality of elastic bodies 11, and the elastic bodies 11 may be respectively a sponge strip (as shown in fig. 1 to 5) to provide a basic stiffness of the mattress. The airbag module 2 has a plurality of airbag units 21, and the projected shapes of the airbag units 21 and the elastic bodies 11 are substantially the same, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Each of the gas pocket units 21 is communicated with each other to be co-injected with gas. The liner 3 has a plurality of cells 31, each cell 31 defines an assembly space 310 therein, and each assembly space 310 is provided for one of the air bag units 21 and one of the elastic bodies 11 to be sequentially inserted therein. Specifically, each of the cells 31 is disposed on the same horizontal plane and parallel to each other. Each of the assembly spaces 310 has an elongated shape, and the cells 31 are arranged to form a rectangular shape, as shown in fig. 2. Each of the assembly spaces 310 may be disposed with at least one of the elastic bodies 11 and at least one of the air bag units 21 therein, in other words, each of the assembly spaces 310 may be disposed with a plurality of the elastic bodies 11 and a plurality of the air bag units 21 therein, respectively. For example, if two elastic bodies 11 and two air bag units 21 are disposed in a single assembly space 310, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the two elastic bodies 11 and the two air bag units 21 are disposed in the assembly space 310 in the order of one of the air bag units 21, one of the elastic bodies 11, the other of the air bag units 21, and the other of the elastic bodies 11.
In addition, it should be noted that each of the gas bag units 21 is communicated with each other to be co-injected with gas. In one embodiment, the air bag module 2 has an air pipe 22, and the air pipe 22 is connected to a side of each air bag unit 21 and located outside the assembly spaces 310 (as shown in fig. 2), so that each air bag unit 21 can be inflated by injecting air through the air pipe 22. As for the specific aspect of the single air bag unit 21, as shown in fig. 4, the air bag unit 21 has at least two first air bags 211, a plurality of first air passing holes 212, a plurality of second air bags 213 and a plurality of second air passing holes 214, the two first air bags 211 are welded at the sides and are communicated with each other at one end by the air pipe 22, the first air passing holes 212 are disposed along the connection portion of the two first air bags 211 and are communicated with the two first air bags 211, the second air bags 213 are disposed on the surface of the two first air bags 211, and each of the second air passing holes 214 is disposed on one of the second air bags 213 and is communicated with one of the first air passing holes 212.
After completing the description of the basic aspects of the mattress, the present invention will further describe the use of the mattress and the embodiments that follow the use. During use of the mattress, the mattress can be inserted between a base plate 4 and a cushion 5, and the mattress can be provided with two of the elasticity providing modules 1, two of the air bag modules 2, and a single of the liner 3 on opposite sides, respectively (as shown in fig. 1). In view of the single layer structure of the mattress, the two sides of the mattress are respectively communicated with the air bag units 21 through a single air pipe 22, i.e. a single air pipe 22 is communicated with only the air bag units 21 of a single air bag module 2. In addition, in terms of the structure of the upper and lower layers of the mattress, a filling strip 6 is placed on the surface of the two air pipes 22 of the mattress.
Here, in order to clearly illustrate the change of the mattress in adjusting the hardness, only the fitting relationship among the single elastic body 11, the single air bag unit 21, and the single lattice unit 31 will be described below. In detail, when the air bag unit 21 is not inflated, the mattress has a basic hardness provided by the elastic body 11, and a user lying on the cushion body 5 feels the softest hardness of the mattress. If the user wants to increase the hardness of the mattress, the inflation device can be operated to inject air into the air bag unit 21, so that the air bag unit 21 is inflated and presses the elastic body 11, and the hardness of the mattress is increased from the basic hardness provided by the elastic body 11 to the hardness provided by the air bag unit 21 through inflation, therefore, the user can gradually increase the hardness of the mattress to meet the self-demand. Since the lining 3 has the cells 31 for respectively receiving the elastic body 11 and the air bag unit 21 and each air bag unit 21 is communicated with each other, each air bag unit 21 can be uniformly inflated without having a condition of different inflation states, and the lining 3 can further uniformly limit the inflated inflation volume of each air bag unit 21 through each cell 31, so that the problem that the existing embodiment cannot maintain flatness after inflation can be solved.
As is apparent from the above description, the mattress provides a basic stiffness (i.e., the softest stiffness) of the mattress by each of the elastic bodies 11 when the air bag unit 21 is not inflated. In addition, the user can select the constituent members of each elastic body 11 according to the softness and hardness of the mattress. In one embodiment, each of the elastic bodies 11 may be a sponge strip (as shown in fig. 1 to 5). In another embodiment, each of the elastic bodies 11 is a spring assembly (as shown in fig. 6), wherein each of the spring assemblies has two plates 111 and a plurality of springs 112 connected between the two plates 111. Accordingly, each of the elastic bodies 11 may be formed with different basic hardness by different constituent members (i.e., the sponge strips or the spring assembly). In addition, it should be noted that, since one of the air bag units 21 and one of the elastic bodies 11 are sequentially stacked in each of the grid units 31, the mattress can prevent a user from directly lying on the air bag units 21 by the elastic bodies 11, so that the elastic bodies 11 can relieve the situation that the air bag units 21 are pushed to the side by the air generated by the user's squeezing, and further prevent the air bag units 21 from generating a reaction force towards the back of the user due to the full side air and causing discomfort to the back of the user.
On the other hand, in view of the slight noise generated by the bending of the mattress when the user lies on the mattress 5, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the lining 3 further has a plurality of strip structures 32 respectively disposed on the surface of each cell 31 and arranged parallel to each other, and each strip structure 32 can be a strip groove or a strip through hole to form a bendable position on the surface of each cell 31 in advance, so that the noise can be reduced by the bending of the strip structures 32 when the user lies on the mattress 5.
In addition to the above technical content, in an embodiment, the elastic force providing module 1 further has a plurality of expansion elastic bodies 12, the bushing 3 further has a plurality of expansion units 33, and the expansion units 33 respectively define an expansion space 331 for one of the expansion elastic bodies 12 to be inserted into, as shown in fig. 7. The extended elastic bodies 12 and the extended elastic bodies 11 have the same structure, and the extended units 33 are arranged at two sides of the cells 31. In other words, the expansion elastic bodies 12 may also be a sponge strip or a spring component, respectively, and the expansion units 33 are located on two side surfaces formed by the arrangement of the grid units 31. In the use process of this embodiment, only a single elastic body 11 and a single air bag unit 21 are respectively placed in each assembly space 310. If viewed from the relationship among the single elastic body 11, the single air bag unit 21, the single lattice unit 31, the two expansion units 33 and the two expansion elastic bodies 12 in this embodiment, when the gas bag unit 21 in the fitting space 310 is inflated by the inflator to press the elastic body 11, the elastic force providing module 1 can be respectively disposed in one of the expansion spaces 331 by the two expansion elastic bodies 12 to reduce the situation that the air bag unit 21 in the assembly space 310 presses the two expansion elastic bodies 12 together, therefore, the mattress can maintain the surface to be flat by the two expanded elastic bodies 12, the two expansion elastic bodies 12 in the two expansion spaces 331 can also compensate for the elasticity of the elastic body 11 lost by the pressure of the air bag unit 21, so that the mattress can maintain good elasticity as a whole. In addition, the mattress can also relieve the problem that the gas in the gas bag unit 21 is pushed to the side due to the user lying on the gas bag unit 21 through the elastic bodies 11 and the expanded elastic bodies 12. Further, at least one assembly space 310 may be disposed between the two expansion spaces 331, that is, a plurality of assembly spaces 310 and a single elastic body 11 and a single air bag unit 21 respectively disposed in the assembly spaces 310 may be disposed between the two expansion spaces 331, as shown in fig. 7.

Claims (9)
1. An adjustable firmness mattress, comprising at least one elasticity providing module, at least one air bag module and a liner for placing the elasticity providing module and the air bag module therein, characterized in that:
the liner is provided with a plurality of grid units, an assembly space is defined in each grid unit, the elasticity providing module is provided with a plurality of elastic bodies which are arranged in one of the assembly spaces respectively, the air bag module is provided with a plurality of air bag units which are arranged in one of the assembly spaces respectively, the air bag units are communicated with each other and can be connected with an inflating device, each air bag unit is injected with gas by the inflating device to press one of the elastic bodies respectively so as to change the hardness of the mattress, and each assembly space limits the expansion volume of one of the air bag units after receiving the gas respectively.
2. The mattress for adjusting firmness according to claim 1, wherein each of said cells is disposed on the same horizontal plane and parallel to each other, and each of said fitting spaces is elongated and is filled with one of said elastic bodies and one of said air bag units, respectively.
3. The mattress for adjusting firmness of claim 2 wherein said plurality of cells are arranged to form a rectangular pattern.
4. The mattress for adjusting firmness of claim 1 wherein said sleeve has a plurality of strips parallel and spaced apart from each other around each of said fitting spaces and on the inner wall.
5. The mattress with adjustable firmness according to claim 4, wherein each strip-shaped structure is a strip-shaped groove or a strip-shaped perforation respectively.
6. An adjustable firmness mattress according to any of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 wherein each resilient body is a respective strip of sponge.
7. An adjustable firmness mattress according to any of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 wherein each resilient body is a spring element, each spring element having two plates and a plurality of springs connected between the two plates.
8. The mattress with adjustable firmness according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein at least one elastic body and at least one air bag unit are respectively arranged in each assembly space.
9. The mattress for adjusting hardness according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein said air bag module has an air pipe connected to a side of each of said air bag units so that each of said air bag units communicates with each other and is located outside said fitting space.
