a seat assembly positioned below the armrest assembly and hinged to the support assembly;
the two ends of the swing rod assembly are respectively hinged to the armrest assembly and the seat assembly, so that the seat assembly can rotate relative to the support assembly under the drive of the armrest assembly against the self weight and the weight of a user;
the connecting position of the swing rod assembly and the seat assembly can be adjusted, so that corresponding torque adjustment is realized;
The body-building device comprises an adjusting component, wherein two ends of the adjusting component are respectively hinged to the swing rod component and the supporting component, and the length of the adjusting component is adjustable, so that the connecting position of the swing rod component and the seat component is adjusted;
The adjusting component comprises an adjusting rod and at least one receiving part, and the adjusting rod is movably received in the receiving part to adjust the length of the adjusting rod, so that the length of the adjusting component is adjustable;
