Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, the present embodiment discloses a foldable stroller 1000, wherein the foldable stroller 1000 includes a transverse bracket 0200 capable of being folded transversely and a longitudinal bracket 0100 disposed at two sides of the transverse bracket 0200 and capable of being folded longitudinally, so as to provide a stroller structure capable of being folded integrally and standing on itself after folding. It should be appreciated that longitudinal brackets 0100 located on either side of transverse brackets 0200 are maintained opposite, and that longitudinal brackets 0100 are illustratively two, with opposing support structures being formed by transverse brackets 0200.
The longitudinal bracket 0100 comprises a double-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 and a supporting linkage rod 0120 to form a folding linkage structure. As the name suggests, the dual-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 comprises a frame, a connecting bar, a side link and two sliders. The frame keeps motionless, and the slider is articulated in respectively with living hinge in connecting rod both ends, and the one end that the connecting rod was kept away from to the connecting rod is articulated in the frame with fixed hinge in the connecting rod, and two sliders are respectively can reciprocating slidingly keep in the frame.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the dual-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 includes a front support bar 0111, a push handle 0112, a rear support bar 0113, a first slider 0114, and a seat bar 0115, which are sequentially connected. The push handle 0112 and the first slider 0114 form a double slider and slide along different sliding paths.
Wherein, the push handle 0112 is slidably sleeved on the upper end of the front support rod 0111 and hinged with the rear support rod 0113. Illustratively, the front support rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 form a sliding telescopic structure. The first sliding member 0114 is slidably retained on the rear supporting rod 0113, and the lower ends of the front supporting rod 0111 and the rear supporting rod 0113 are respectively provided with a wheel set 0300.
The first sliding member 0114 is a driving member, and slides along the rear supporting rod 0113 to drive the seat rod 0115 to rotate, the seat rod 0115 further drives the front supporting rod 0111 to rotate, and the front supporting rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 slide relatively, so that the push handle 0112 rotates around a fixed hinge of the push handle 0113 and the rear supporting rod 0113 to realize folding or unfolding.
It should be noted that, because the front support rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 are slidably contracted, the acting force and moment of the dual-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 are balanced, the freedom of autonomous unfolding is limited to keep the self-standing, and the foldable baby carrier 1000 has a folding self-standing structure which cannot be realized by the existing baby carrier.
One end of the supporting linkage rod 0120 is hinged with the rear supporting rod 0113, and the other end is hinged with the seat rod 0115. It will be appreciated that the support linkage 0120 serves to provide a support limit between the rear support bar 0113 and the seat bar 0115, keeping the latter two in the current configuration to avoid rattling.
The position of support trace 0120 is determined according to the specific application. Illustratively, support trace 0120 is located external to dual slider five-bar mechanism 0110. Further, support trace 0120 is located below dual slider five-bar mechanism 0110.
For example, when the longitudinal frame 0100 is in the unfolded configuration, the supporting linkage 0120 is used to overcome the force along the forward and backward movement direction of the foldable baby carrier 1000, so as to avoid the accidental folding of the longitudinal frame 0100 caused by the influence of the force, and ensure the structural stability to make the foldable baby carrier 1000 have higher safety.
For another example, when the longitudinal bracket 0100 is in the folded configuration, the supporting linkage rod 0120 is used to overcome the dead weight of the foldable baby carrier 1000, so as to avoid the rotation of the front supporting rod 0111 and the seat rod 0115 caused by the dead weight, so that the front supporting rod 0111, the push handle 0112 and the rear supporting rod 0113 are firmly kept close to each other, and the front supporting rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 are kept in balanced telescopic lengths, thereby realizing self-standing of the foldable baby carrier 1000 in the folded configuration, and facilitating placement.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, this embodiment further discloses a foldable stroller 1000, which is different in the specific arrangement structure of the supporting linkage 0120. Only the distinguishing technical features will be described in detail, and the description of embodiment 1 is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 3-5 in combination, exemplary support trace 0120 is not hinged to the living hinges at the two ends of the seat post 0115, nor to the fixed hinges at the two ends of the rear support post 0113, to ensure better support.
Illustratively, support trace 0120 is hinged at one end to the middle section of seat post 0115 and at the other end to the middle section of rear support post 0113. Under the above structure, the supporting linkage rod 0120 has both supporting and guiding limiting functions, so that the rotation of the seat rod 0115 accords with the preset rule, and the self-standing performance of the longitudinal bracket 0100 in the folded state is ensured.
Illustratively, support trace 0120 includes a first segment 0121 and a second segment 0122 disposed at an obtuse included angle. Wherein the first pole segment 0121 is hinged to the seat post 0115, the second pole segment 0122 is hinged to the rear support pole 0113, and the second pole segment 0122 is maintained opposite to the seat post 0115. It should be appreciated that the first pole segment 0121 is integrally connected with the second pole segment 0122. Under the distribution structure, the support linkage rod 0120 has better movement flexibility and structural stability, and movement interference is avoided.
Further, when the longitudinal stent 0100 is in the deployed configuration, the second pole segment 0122 is parallel to the seat post 0115. When the double-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 is unfolded in place, the corresponding area of the longitudinal bracket 0100 forms a trapezoid or parallelogram structure, so that the double-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 keeps the current form, and accidental folding is avoided.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1 or 2, this embodiment further discloses a foldable stroller 1000, which is different in the specific arrangement structure of the lateral brackets 0200. Only the distinguishing features will be described in detail in the following, and the description of embodiment 1 or 2 will be omitted here.
Referring to fig. 1-2 in combination, exemplary lateral bracket 0200 remains hinged to first slider 0114. The hinged relationship ensures that the transverse bracket 0200 and the first sliding member 0114 have sensitive transmission structures and movement flexibility between the two. In other words, during the sliding process of the first sliding member 0114, the lateral bracket 0200 can also rotate and fold. Depending on the application, the lateral bracket 0200 and the first sliding member 0114 may alternatively serve as a driving member.
Illustratively, the lateral brackets 0200 include a lower support frame 0210 and a rear support frame 0220. Wherein, the lower support frame 0210 and the rear support frame 0220 can be folded transversely. The lower support frame 0210 is used for connecting the longitudinal brackets 0100 on both sides thereof, and the rear support frame 0220 is used for connecting the rear support bars 0113 on both sides thereof. It will be appreciated that the lower support shelf 0210 may provide support in the direction of gravity, and the rear support shelf 0220 further defines opposing longitudinal brackets 0100, allowing the collapsible stroller 1000 to maintain a reliable mechanical structure.
The lower support frame 0210 comprises cross-distributed lower fork bars 0211, wherein two ends of the lower fork bars 0211 are respectively hinged on a crank or a rocker of a double-slider five-bar mechanism 0110 on a first sliding piece 0114 and a longitudinal bracket 0100 positioned at the opposite side. Further, the lower yoke 0211 is kept hinged at its intersection, further enhancing structural stability.
The rear support frame 0220 comprises rear fork bars 0221 distributed in a crossed manner, wherein one end of each rear fork bar 0221 is hinged with a first sliding part 0114, the other end of each rear fork bar 0221 is hinged with a second sliding part 0130 positioned on the opposite side of the longitudinal support frame 0100, and the first sliding part 0114 and the second sliding part 0130 of the same longitudinal support frame 0100 are arranged on the same rod piece of the double-sliding-block five-link mechanism 0110.
In a preferred example, the lower support frame 0210 includes two lower fork bars 0211 that are cross-hinged to each other to form an X-shape, and the rear support frame 0220 includes two rear fork bars 0221 that are cross-hinged to each other to form an X-shape. The second sliding member 0130 is located below the first sliding member 0114, and both are slidably retained on the rear supporting rod 0113, so as to ensure better guiding and supporting effects.
When folded, the rear support shelf 0220 acts as a motive element. The user applies an upward force to the rear fork 0221, so that the cross-hinged rear fork 0221 rotates relatively to fold laterally, and the first sliding piece 0114 and the second sliding piece 0130 are driven by the rear fork 0221 to slide upwards.
Then, the first sliding member 0114 drives the lower fork bar 0211 to rotate relatively to fold laterally, and drives the front support bar 0111 to rotate through the seat bar 0115. The front support rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 slide relatively to shrink, so that the push handle 0112 rotates around the fixed hinge of the push handle 0113 and the rear support rod 0113, the front support rod 0111, the push handle 0112 and the rear support rod 0113 are folded longitudinally, and the foldable baby carrier 1000 is folded transversely and longitudinally integrally.
Meanwhile, the support linkage rod 0120 rotates together, and limit support is provided for the seat rod 0115 and the rear support rod 0113. In particular, under the sliding contraction of the front supporting rod 0111 and the push handle 0112, the double-slider five-link mechanism 0110 achieves structural balance, and the longitudinal bracket 0100 can be kept free-standing due to accidental unfolding of the two.
When deployed, the rear support shelf 0220 acts as a motive element. The user applies a downward force to the rear fork 0221, so that the cross-hinged rear fork 0221 rotates relatively to be unfolded laterally, and the first sliding piece 0114 and the second sliding piece 0130 are driven by the rear fork 0221 to slide downwards.
Then, the first sliding member 0114 drives the lower fork bar 0211 to rotate relatively to spread laterally, and drives the front support bar 0111 to rotate via the seat bar 0115. The front support rod 0111 and the push handle 0112 slide relatively to stretch, so that the push handle 0112 rotates around the fixed hinge of the push handle 0113 and the rear support rod 0113, the front support rod 0111 and the rear support rod 0113 are unfolded longitudinally, and the foldable baby carrier 1000 is unfolded transversely and longitudinally integrally.
Meanwhile, the support linkage rod 0120 rotates together to provide limit support for the seat rod 0115 and the rear support rod 0113, so that the seat rod 0115 and the rear support rod are prevented from being folded accidentally and the structure is kept stable. It is added that when the longitudinal frame 0100 is fully deployed, the second slider 0130 slides to the lower end of the rear support bar 0113, being reinforced by the upper surface of the wheelset 0300.
Any particular values in all examples shown and described herein are to be construed as merely illustrative and not a limitation, and thus other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures.
The above examples merely represent a few embodiments of the present invention, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
