The hip lifting mechanism comprises a toilet seat ring 2 and telescopic rods, and the telescopic rods comprise a first telescopic rod 4 and a second telescopic rod 3; the toilet seat ring 2 is arranged right above the toilet seat ring 5 and is supported and adjusted by a support rod 10 and a telescopic rod.
