When the bicycle frame is folded, the locking of the lock sleeve 26 and the saddle 24 is firstly unlocked, then the saddle 24 is rotated through the pin 30 connected with the support rod 23 through the saddle 24, then the locking button 22 is pressed downwards and the sliding piece 21 is pushed forwards, and the bicycle frame is in a half-folded state when being folded; when the bicycle frame is in a half-folded state, the push handle 27 is contracted into the saddle 24, then the push rod 25 is rotated and pressed downwards through the pin 30 at the joint of the push rod 25 and the pedal 10 until the bicycle frame is completely folded, the completely folded state is shown in fig. 5, the push handle 27 is completely hidden in the saddle 24, and the support rod 23 and the push rod 25 are flush with the surface of the pedal 10.

a support rod which is flush with the surface of the pedal after being folded along with the saddle frame, one end of the support rod is rotatably connected with the sliding piece, and the support rod can be locked in a bearing state of the saddle frame;
the saddle is rotatably connected with the other end of the supporting rod and can be locked in a bearing state;
a push rod which is flush with the surface of the pedal after being folded along with the saddle frame and is used for limiting the rotation of the supporting rod relative to the sliding piece and the rotation of the saddle relative to the supporting rod; the push rod is rotatably connected with the pedal and the support rod, and a lock sleeve capable of locking the saddle is arranged on the push rod; a push handle is arranged at the end part of the push rod;
the pedal is provided with a sliding seat in sliding fit with the sliding piece; the sliding seat is provided with a limit stop block for limiting the sliding stroke of the sliding part; the supporting rod and the push rod are connected in a cross way to form an X shape;
when the frame is folded, the locking of the lock sleeve and the saddle is unlocked firstly, then the saddle is rotated through a pin connected with the saddle and the supporting rod, then the locking button is pressed downwards and the sliding piece is pushed forwards, and the frame is folded into a semi-folding state; when the frame is half folding state, will push away to contract in the saddle, the rotatory and push rod of the rotatory and downward pressure of pin of rethread push rod and footboard junction, until folding the frame completely, state after folding completely, push away the handle and hide inside the saddle completely, bracing piece and push rod all flush with the footboard surface.

6. The multi-function scooter of claim 5, wherein the front wheel bracket is foldable on the pedals.
