Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a seat pocket for an infant pushchair, comprising a seat portion 1, a backrest portion 2, a handrail assembly 3, a connecting rod 4 and a pedal portion 5, wherein the backrest portion 2 and the handrail assembly 3 are both pin-connected to the seat portion 1 and can rotate relative to the seat portion 1; the seat part 1 is connected with the frame of the stroller and is in pin connection with the backrest part 2 through a first pin shaft (not shown in the figure), one end of the connecting rod 4 is in pin connection with the backrest part 2 through a second pin shaft (not shown in the figure), the other end is in pin connection with the armrest assembly 3 through a third pin shaft (not shown in the figure), and the pedal part 5 is in pin connection with the seat part 1, and the second pin shaft is positioned at the rear side of the first pin shaft.
A multi-shift locking mechanism (not shown in the drawings) is provided between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 2, by which the backrest portion 2 can be locked when the backrest portion 2 is rotated to a preset angle. In the present embodiment, the multi-stage locking mechanism described above has a plurality of stages to achieve adjustment of a plurality of rotation angles when the backrest portion 2 rotates. The structure of the multi-gear locking mechanism is the prior art, and the structure is not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 2 or 5, the backrest part 2 is provided with a first pin hole 2-1 and a second pin hole 2-2, the armrest assembly 3 is provided with a third pin hole 3-1, the seat part 1 is pin-connected to the backrest part 2 through the first pin hole 2-1 by a first pin shaft, one end of the connecting rod 4 is pin-connected to the backrest part 2 through the second pin hole 2-2 by a second pin shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod 4 is pin-connected to the armrest assembly 3 through the third pin hole 3-1 by a third pin shaft.
The second pin shaft is positioned at a rear lower side (shown in fig. 2) of a line connecting the third pin shaft and the first pin shaft when the infant pushchair seat pocket of the present invention is in a lying position, and is positioned at a rear upper side (shown in fig. 5) of a line connecting the third pin shaft and the first pin shaft when the infant pushchair seat pocket is in a sitting position. Through the structure, only the backrest part 2 is required to be rotated, so that the conversion between the sitting state and the lying state can be realized, and compared with the prior art, the baby stroller seat pocket conversion operation of the embodiment is simpler. It should be noted that, besides the sitting posture state and the lying posture state, other states between the sitting posture state and the lying posture state may be also available, specifically, the state is determined according to a plurality of gears of the multi-gear locking mechanism, and when the seat pocket of the stroller is between the sitting posture state and the lying posture state, the second pin joint shaft is located at a position between the upper rear side and the lower rear side of the connecting line of the third pin joint shaft and the first pin joint shaft.
In the present embodiment, a first locking mechanism is provided between the above-described step portion 5 and the seat portion 1 for effecting locking and unlocking between the step portion 5 and the seat portion 1. When the pedal part 5 can be rotated according to the sizes of different infants, so that the pedal part 5 is suitable for infants with different sizes, and then the angle between the pedal part 5 and the seat part 1 can be locked through the first locking mechanism, so that the riding comfort of the infants is improved. In this embodiment, the structure of the first locking mechanism is the prior art, and the description of the structure is omitted here.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the connecting rod 4 has an arc-shaped sheet structure, one end of which is pinned to the backrest portion 2 by a second pin shaft, and the other end of which is pinned to the armrest assembly 3 by a third pin shaft. By means of the connecting rod 4 of the arcuate sheet-like structure, on the one hand, a linkage between the backrest part 2 and the armrest assembly 3 is achieved, and on the other hand, interference of the connecting rod 4 on the seat part 1 and the backrest part 2 when the connecting rod 4 is installed can be avoided.
In this embodiment, two connecting rods 4 are provided and symmetrically disposed on both sides of the seat portion 1. Through setting up two connecting rods 4 symmetrically, can make the structure of whole baby's shallow seat pocket more stable, folding process is more stable smooth.
When the infant pushchair seat of this embodiment is folded, firstly, the lock between the backrest part 2 and the seat part 1 by the multi-stage locking mechanism is released, then the backrest part 2 is rotated towards the armrest assembly 3, in the process, the armrest assembly 3 rotates along with the rotation of the backrest part 2 through the connecting rod 4, and when the armrest assembly 3 is attached to the seat part 1, the backrest part 2 rotates to be attached to the armrest assembly 3; the first locking mechanism is then unlocked to the step part 5, and then the step part 5 is folded to be flush with the seat part 1, thus completing the folding of the entire pushchair seat.
Through above-mentioned structure and folding process, can fold baby's shallow seat pocket through simple operation, and then make baby's shallow volume after folding less, satisfy people to the requirement of baby's shallow small volume after folding.
The invention also provides a baby stroller, which comprises the baby stroller seat pocket, and the baby stroller can be smaller in volume after being folded through the baby stroller seat pocket.
It is to be understood that the above examples of the present invention are provided for clarity of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. which come within the spirit and principles of the invention are desired to be protected by the following claims.
