Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the present embodiment provides a foldable infant stroller, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising the following components: push rod subassembly 1, preceding bracket component 2, rear bracket component 3, front wheel subassembly 4, rear wheel subassembly 5, vaulting pole subassembly 6, end link assembly 7, connecting seat 8 and seat pole subassembly 9, wherein:
Referring to fig. 1, the push rod assembly 1 includes an upper push rod assembly 1-1 and a lower push rod assembly 1-2, the upper push rod assembly 1-1 is connected with the lower push rod assembly 1-2 by a pin, and the lower push rod assembly 1-2 is connected to the front support assembly 2 by a pin.
A first locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) for locking the unfolding state of the infant stroller is arranged between the upper push rod assembly 1-1 and the lower push rod assembly 1-2, and the unfolding and fixing of the entire stroller can be realized through the first locking mechanism so as to facilitate the use of the infant stroller. An unlocking mechanism (not shown) is provided on the upper push rod assembly 1-1, and is used for unlocking the first locking mechanism and then folding the whole infant stroller. The first locking mechanism and the unlocking mechanism both adopt structures in the prior art, and therefore the structure is not described in detail in this embodiment.
More preferably, the upper push rod assembly 1-1 comprises an upper push rod 1-11 and a push handle 1-12 rotatably connected with each other, wherein the upper push rod 1-11 is connected with the lower push rod assembly 1-2, and a second locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) is arranged between the upper push rod 1-11 and the push handle 1-12 and is used for locking the upper push rod 1-11 and the push handle 1-12, and when the upper push rod 1-11 and the push handle 1-12 are unfolded, the push handle 1-12 can be prevented from rotating relative to the upper push rod 1-11 and being unusable.
As shown in fig. 1, the stay bar assembly 6 is a U-shaped structure, and includes a horizontal connecting rod and vertical rods located at two sides of the horizontal connecting rod, the vertical rods are rotatably connected to the push rod assembly 1, and the connecting seat 8 is rotatably connected to the horizontal connecting rod.
Referring to fig. 2, the bottom link assembly 7 includes a front link assembly 7-1 and a rear link assembly 7-2 pivotally pinned together, wherein the front link assembly 7-1 is pivotally connected to the front carrier assembly 2 and the rear link assembly 7-2 is pivotally connected to the rear carrier assembly 3. Specifically, the front connecting rod assembly 7-1 is connected to the front support assembly 2 through a pin, referring to fig. 1, a cross rod 3-1 is arranged on the rear support assembly 3, and the rear connecting rod assembly 7-2 is rotatably sleeved at two ends of the cross rod 3-1. Through setting up bottom link assembly 7, further strengthened the relation of connection between preceding bracket component 2 and the back bracket component 3, improved structural strength.
In this embodiment, the connecting seat 8 is connected to the bottom link assembly 7 through a rotating shaft (not shown in the figure), and the rotating shaft is coaxially arranged with a pin connecting shaft between the front link assembly 2 and the rear link assembly 3, so that the linkage effect is better, and the folding is more convenient and faster.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the seat post assembly 9 is pivotally connected to the stay rod assembly 6 at a rear end thereof, and pivotally connected to the seat post connecting piece 10 at a front end thereof, wherein an end of the seat post connecting piece 10 not connected to the seat post assembly 9 is pivotally connected to the lower push rod assembly 1-2. By arranging the seat post assembly 9 and the seat post connecting piece 10, the whole infant stroller structure is more stable.
In this embodiment, the cross bar 3-1 of the rear bracket assembly 3 is provided with a rear wheel locking mechanism 11 for locking the rear wheel assembly 5.
The folding process of the foldable infant stroller of the present embodiment is explained as follows:
when folding, firstly, the second locking mechanism is released from locking the push handles 1-12 and the upper push rods 1-11, and the push handles 1-12 are rotated forwards, so that the push handles 1-12 are placed in the upper push rods 1-11, as shown in fig. 3; then, the first locking mechanism is unlocked through the unlocking mechanism, and all parts of the whole infant stroller are in a rotatable movable state.
Then the upper push rod 1-11 is pressed down, and the lower push rod assembly 1-2 is pushed forward while pressing down, so that the upper push rod 1-1 and the lower push rod assembly 1-2 are folded, and other parts are also rotated in the folding process to be in a folded state, as shown in fig. 4.
After the upper push rod 1-1 and the lower push rod 1-2 are folded, other parts are folded, as shown in fig. 5, and after the folding is finally completed, the front wheel assembly 4 is positioned between the two rear wheel assemblies 5, so that the folded baby stroller has a very small volume and can meet the requirement of places with small storage space.
Example two:
the difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the rotation axis between the connecting base 8 and the bottom link assembly 7 is arranged at the rear end of the pin joint axis between the front link assembly 7-1 and the rear link assembly 7-2. As shown in fig. 6, the structural strength between the connecting seat 8 and the bottom connecting rod assembly 7 can be further enhanced by the structure on the premise of satisfying the requirement of rapid and convenient folding.
The rest of the structure is the same as the first embodiment, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
