The virtual robot system for promoting physical and mental health of a user according to claim 1, wherein: the user equipment comprises a projector, display equipment, a sound box, earphones, intelligent wearable equipment, an intelligent weighing scale, intelligent control massage equipment, an intelligent treadmill, an intelligent exercise bike and an intelligent training machine.

The virtual robot system for promoting physical and mental health of a user according to claim 3, wherein: the setting module is used for user registration authentication and personal information input, and is used for adding or deleting system function modules and adding or deleting user equipment.
