Supported within the cylinder 240 is a horizontal pivot pulley 242 and an inclined rope guide disc 244 . Guide disc 244 is positioned in body 240 above wheel 242 at an angle of about 45 degrees. Holes 246 are provided in disc 244 along a lower edge of disc 244 . This hole 246 is positioned just above the perimeter of the pulley 242 so that the free end of the arm rope 114 lowered into the lifter 112 through the hole 234 in the head assembly 230 is guided onto the roller 238 and down through the tubular body 224 And through hole 246 , and through pulley 242 .
