Orbit (by Linear) Code of Conduct

Linear is committed to creating events where all participants feel welcome, respected, and safe. This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, employees, contractors, speakers, sponsors, and guests.

Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.
  • Avoid disruptive, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Comply with all event and venue rules and applicable laws.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
  • Disruptive or aggressive conduct.
  • Inappropriate or unwanted physical or verbal attention.
  • Excessive intoxication or behavior impaired by alcohol or substances.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be available at this event and is reserved for participants of legal drinking age. Participants are expected to drink responsibly. The use or possession of illegal substances is not permitted. Linear reserves the right to limit or cut off service to any individual, and to remove anyone whose conduct is impaired or inappropriate.

Consequences

Violations of this Code may result in immediate removal from the event. For employees and contractors, violations may also be referred to Human Resources and could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Linear reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation.

Media and Photography

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Linear may use event media for internal documentation or promotional purposes.

Giveaways

Giveaway items are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or transferred.

Reporting

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code, please report it immediately to a member of the event staff. All reports will be reviewed and addressed.
