This may be done by clicking the Book Now button under the show’s “On Screen” card and selecting one of the dates. It doesn’t matter which date you’ll select, as you’ll receive the link as soon as it’s available.

If you don’t have an OT Account, you’ll be asked to register, and you’ll need to be logged in to access the recording.

An email with the direct viewing link will be sent to the email address you booked with on Tuesday evening. The link will be valid until midnight on Friday night.

Viewing Instructions

When you click the link to view the recording, you will be brought to the OT On Screen page and presented with two versions of the recording: one with the regular soundtrack (with optional subtitles), and one with an audio described soundtrack and no subtitles.

Clicking on the video will take you to a new webpage with a media player.

Here, there are multiple buttons you may press (L-R):

Clicking on this button will start and stop the video.

Clicking on this button will mute / unmute the video.

Hovering over this icon and using the slider will lower or raise the volume of the video. The video is automatically playing at full volume, so upon opening, can only be quieted.

Please note that this does not control the volume of the device you’re watching on. For example, the video’s volume may be at 100%, but your device’s volume may be at 50%.

Clicking this button will resize the video to take up the entire window. Clicking it again will reduce it back down.

Clicking this button will open more options. Please see below.

Clicking on this button will allow you to toggle the subtitles on/off. Subtitles may either be “Off” or “English” as represented by a blue check mark.

Subtitles will be automatically turned on when entering the video.

If you’ve selected the audio-described version, all functions are the same, but the captions are unavailable.

This button allows you to change the speed at which you are watching the video. The speed will automatically be set to “Normal”, as represented by a blue check mark. Numbers closer to zero (0.25, 0.5, 0.75) will slow the video down, and numbers closer to two (1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2) will speed it up.

The video will automatically play at normal speed.

This button will move the video to a smaller window on your device, so that it can be viewed overtop of other computer functions. The window may be resized or moved, but only the play/pause feature is accessible in the small version.
