* Update swift from branch 'master'
  to 51b068309a626d2228ab69b5158ee857e96d101d
  - tests: more timestamp iter refactoring
    
    Make more extensive use of the BaseUnitTestCase timestamp helpers.
    
    Note: This patch makes progress towards uniform use of the base class,
    but there are still more places to potentially inherit the base class.
