* Update glance_store from branch 'master'
  to f32b259befa85ad8a2ee5948341c8389e445ddd3
  - Fix Swift multi-backend config for downloads
    
    Read Swift retry count, retry iterator, and token-refresh interval via
    store_conf (BackendGroupConfiguration) so values fall back to
    backend_defaults instead of staying None on grafted backend groups.
    
    Rely on IntOpt defaults for swift_store_retry_get_count (no int()/or 0).
    Keep a driver fallback for swift_store_expire_soon_interval when still
    unset.
    
    Closes-Bug: #2146432
