* Update python-karborclient from branch 'master'
  to e1087267bb8d605974fcfdb579f89bf0786260fb
  - Retire python-karborclient
    
    As announced on the openstack-discuss ML[1], Karbor is retiring
    this cycle (Wallaby).
    
    This commit retires this repository as per the process defined in
    the project-guide[2].
    
    Thank you to all the contributors of Karbor for your hard work!
