* Update puppet-horizon from branch 'master'
  to f41cc60dac5a9811a24e1c2000df3938bb07958c
  - Add support for cloudkitty-dashboard
    
    cloudkitty-dashboard has a few config options. Introduced the specific
    class to manage these.
    
    Note that current cloudkitty-dashboard has no policy handling, so
    the portion to manage policy settings is not imported.
