* Update cloudkitty from branch 'master'
  to b1f8d33821b890581ceae0c52241e881f734963a
  - Merge "devstack: Modernize authinfos options"
  - devstack: Modernize authinfos options
    
    Remove identity_uri, tenant_name and debug because these are not used
    now. Also correct the domain id (default), not domain name (Default),
    used for domain name options
