* Update os-client-config from branch 'master'
  to 0cf24ffbf9110125f6a8c04fe2cbad6a75cb3d04
  - Merge "Drop usage of extras.hasattr"
  - Drop usage of extras.hasattr
    
    ... because the method was already removed from extras[1], and can be
    easily replaced by the built-in hasattr method.
