* Update keystone-tempest-plugin from branch 'master'
  to 2c1112f12a276f45295ca63700e0a10d0ed21842
  - Update ec2 tests for reader role
    
    EC2 policies were updated in Keystone patch
    e88f3888b57786a36e98f2bc87337b7d983ad4a9 [1]
    
    This patch updates the RBAC tests for System Reader and Project Reader
    to reflect this change.
