* Update mistral-tempest-plugin from branch 'master'
  to 7d782df98bd1c844b1aee01d8929eda97f11cd06
  - Add stable branch jobs
    
    tempest and plugins are all branchless, so the latest code should be
    compatible with the stable branches.
