* Update ansible-role-qdrouterd from branch 'master'
  to 12008afe8b94c8274682e4c9c7f2e65f12155c23
  - Retire qdrouterd role
    
    Removal of AMQP 1.0 from oslo.messaging [1] makes impossible to use
    qdrouterd for messaging. With that we effectively retire the role, as
    it was not well maintained at the first place.
