Update git submodules

* Update puppet-nova from branch 'master'
  to 53fe5fc7406f8ddc91a1d5565758b9380e073598
  - Fix dependency to purge default vhost config
    
    It turned out defining dependency for openstacklib::wsgi::apache
    doesn't properly enforce resource order and the default vhost file
    is not purged properly.
    This change adds the more explicit dependency to enforce the order
    properly.
    
    This was already done in the other modules but puppet-nova was missed
    at that time.
