Somerset Development on Wednesday announced 16 new office leases at Bell Works in Holmdel.
Of the 16 recently signed deals, 15 were signed for “ready-to-wear” space, and Somerset plans to dedicate additional square footage for these designed spaces in 2020. In total, the new tenants will occupy approximately 48,000 square feet, including an 18,993-square-foot office for national tax advisory firm CohnReznick.
The latest office users to join the mixed-use ‘metroburb’ – a self-contained metropolis in a suburban locale – further boost the historic landmark’s successful transformation into a popular destination to work, shop, dine, stay, entertain and more.
Bell Works continues to experience incredible leasing momentum, with roughly 1 million square feet of office space now leased, including 90 percent of its “ready-to-wear” offices which range from 500 square feet to 4,500 square feet.
Somerset Development was represented in each of the transactions by The Garibaldi Group President Jeff Garibaldi, Vice President Tara Keating and Broker Support Analyst Lindsey Florio – its exclusive team of office leasing agents.
“We are thrilled to welcome these 16 innovative companies to Bell Works, each of which will help add to the incredible vitality of the metroburb. Our office space is now almost fully leased, which serves as a testament to the exceptional growth we’ve seen in just the last few years,” said Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development. “We continue to be impressed and pleased by the success of our ready-to-wear office space, which provide companies with a turnkey solution, complete with elevated design and technological capabilities. We look forward to bringing aboard new office tenants, as well as more of the unique retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues to help make the metroburb one of the most exciting commercial destinations in the country.”
In addition to CohnReznick, the recently signed tenants are Avlino Inc., Beverage Works, Edward Jones, Fairview Funding LLC, FFW, Homesite Group Inc., KimShe International Grain and Feed LLC, Northeast Planning Corp., NutraSourceRD, Prospect Capital Restaurants LLC, Quest Group, Rubicon Project, SpoofCard, Systematic Trading Labs and Tel-Networks LLC, a consulting firm focused on providing cohesive and sustainable IT infrastructure solutions to growing companies.
Situated along Crawfords Corner Road, Bell Works is approximately one mile from Exit 114 of the Garden State Parkway. Its central New Jersey location provides easy access to points north and south.
