Delta announced plans to provide a 4% pay raise to eligible employees worldwide, continuing to lead our global competitors in providing the highest total compensation for frontline employees for top performance.

On the company’s Profit Sharing Day – aptly falling on Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day – eligible employees across Delta will receive an estimated payout of 10% of their eligible earnings, representing an average five weeks in additional pay.  

As Delta enters its centennial year and prepares to fly its most robust travel schedule ever, the airline is once again accepting flight attendant applications for its upcoming 2025 hiring classes.
