Our mission is to develop Department of Air Force athletes and prepare them to successfully qualify for Team USA and compete on the world stage at the Olympic Games.

Our Vision
Our vision to relocated the World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) to Colorado Springs, CO allowed us to integrate the the WCAP and the Department of the Air Force Shooting program management with the International Governing Bodies, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and the US Air Force Academy (USAFA). Our goal is to improve service and program recognition, improve athlete performance, cultivate professional skills and build resiliency as military service members. Additionally, these programs strive to be marquee public relations and recruiting programs for the Department of the Air Force.
