At Any Time
Notify Undergraduate Admissions of any changes regarding:
- Name, address(es), email address, phone, Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
- D or F grades received in courses taken during the most recent academic year
- Courses in progress or planned, if different from those listed on your UC application or the UC Transfer Academic Update
- Schools attended, including summer session
- Grades/scores previously reported
As soon as you know you need to report a change, follow the instructions under Reporting Changes on MyAdmissions.
After submitting your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
- Complete the UC Immunization and TB Risk Screening requirement as soon as possible, using Health-e-Messaging.
- Submit your Student Housing and Dining Services application using the Housing Application Request link in MyAdmissions.

- March 3: Deadline to submit your GPA Verification form to apply for Cal Grants
April
- April 2: Priority deadline to file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application to be considered for for financial aid
- April 12: Picnic Day-student-run campus open house
- April 25-26: Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference-undergraduates in all academic fields present their research (virtual event)
- Late April: Admission decision notifications released
- Late April: Financial Aid award is available through MyAwards link in MyAdmissions
- Late April: Student Housing and Dining Services application is available (SIR needs to be submitted first)
May
- May 17: Aggie Day In-person event on campus for admitted transfer students
June
- June 1: Deadline to submit Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
- June 1: Arrange for your official final high school and college transcripts through spring to be submitted by July 1. Also request personal unofficial copies to use for academic advising during orientation and throughout your academic career.
- June 1: Submit requests for official examination scores as well as optional SAT Subject, Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) examination results to be sent to UC Davis by July 15. Also request unofficial copies for academic advising during orientation and throughout your academic career.
- June 4: Student Housing and Dining Services must receive your signed housing contract
- June 5: Begin Aggie 101 Orientation online learning modules
- June 9: Deadline to submit your Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) Scholarship application
July
- July 1: Deadline to submit your official final high school and college transcripts
- July 1 :Submit a photo for your UC Davis AggieCard
- July 1: Recommended deadline for international students to request a SEVIS record transfer
- July 15: Deadline to submit official examination scores.
- July 15: Deadline to complete any required MyAwards tasks.
- July 28 - August 14: Pass 1 registration by Registrar-designated appointment time
August
- August 1: If summer coursework is taken, arrange for additional official transcripts showing summer grades to be submitted by September 1 to:
