The Wheel-Stealer is the first known incarnation of Cookie Monster, created by Jim Henson in 1966 for an unaired General Foods commercial for Wheels, Flutes and Crowns.
Physically, the Wheel-Stealer looks much like Cookie Monster, but with a set of sharp teeth in his mouth and he acts in much the same way, stuffing the aforementioned snack food in his mouth by the handful, spraying crumbs everywhere as he eats them.
