"Stop and Say Hello" is a Sesame Street song performed in Episode 2312.
Bob plays the musical game with the kids as he sings about whenever he meets a friend, he stops and says "Hello!" Whenever he says the word "stop," he holds up a STOP sign to get the kids to emphasize the word. Oscar, bothered by their presence, takes the sign and sings his own, ratty version of the song.
