	SCENE 1	Luis introduces the viewer to his friend Carlos (Alexander Burgos), who is visiting all the way from Cuba. He wants to learn some English, so Luis is showing him around Sesame Street to help him out. However, the first individuals they meet are Barkley and a Honker, who don't communicate in English. They then run into Forgetful Jones, whose poor memory makes an introduction very confusing.

After putting the clues together, Luis gathers that Forgetful is going to teach him some English using a book. Instead, Forgetful wants to teach Carlos how to be a cowboy, starting with a lesson in "Cowboy English."

Luis comments that he thinks Carlos should learn some "regular English," which offends Gladys when she offers to help out: "And what kind of English do you think we cows speak? We're not from outer space, you know!" Luis and Maria go inside to work as Gladys and Tania provide Carlos with their own English lesson. They teach him some of the parts of the face, but by shaking Gladys' hoof, Carlos now thinks "hoof" translates to "hand."
