As Oscar forecasts various weather conditions across the country, Timi is pelted with various items, blown at by a fan and hit with snow. When it comes time for a word from their sponsor, "Miss Grumble's Yucchy Cream Pies," Timi ducks out of the way and Oscar is hit with a pie (which he doesn't mind much).
