Lupi atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lupi merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Camarines Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 33,474 dalam isi rumah 8,256.
