STANDARD training WEBINARS
Once your Mobile Caregiver+ Provider Portal is set up, it is recommended to sign up for each training webinar to learn how to use the solution.
Users can register for future full-length training webinars for the Mobile Caregiver+ Solution, including the Provider Portal, Claims Console and the Mobile Application. Users can also watch pre-recorded webinars regarding the solution, and/or sign up for Live Q&A sessions.
Mobile Caregiver+ Provider Portal
Who: This session is designed for Provider Administrators or Users that will schedule visits in the Mobile Caregiver+ Provider Portal.
What: Attendees will learn how to manage and utilize the portal overall, schedule visits, navigate the dashboard, view and manage visit data, and more.
Mobile Caregiver+ Claims Console
Who: This session is designed for Provider Administrators using the Provider Portal for claims processing or for Users who are involved in third-party billing (Billers).
What: Attendees will learn how to bill and receive payment for services provided. This includes, reviewing Prior Authorizations, remediating unmatched visits, releasing or submitting visits to Payers, adjusting or voiding paid and partially paid claims, and more.
Mobile Caregiver+ Mobile Application
Who: This session is designed for Caregivers or Users providing services that are using the Mobile Caregiver+ Mobile Application.
What: Attendees will learn how to download the application, log in, clock in and out of scheduled visits, schedule visits, and more.
Mobile Caregiver+ Live Q & A Session
Who: This session is designed for any Mobile Caregiver+ Solution User. This includes Provider Administrators, Billers, and/or Caregivers.
What: Attendees can connect with a Netsmart Mobile Caregiver+ trainer each week to address any issues or concerns related to the Mobile Caregiver+ Solution, as well as receive information on recent enhancements that may have occurred to the Mobile Caregiver+ Solution. This session offers a forum for Users to ask questions and view live demonstrations regarding the EVV mandated compliance.
