A top-heavy pole dancer from South America who had a succession of breast enlargement operations has ended up in hospital after she fell off the pole and burst one of her implants. Venezuelan model Diosa Canales, 28, ended up losing her grip while performing and landed on her chest which cushioned her fall. But the impact also burst one of her implants causing her to be rushed to hospital. The performer, whose real name is Dioshaily Rosfer Canales Gil, was born in the city of El Tigre, in the northern Venezuelan state of Anzoategui. The former Playboy model moved to the athletic sport of pole dancing after modelling where she quickly built up an army of fans. After being taken to hospital following the accident she sent an instrument message to followers saying: "My loves, yesterday I was operated on in and emergency, while I was practising my pole dancing I had a fall and one of my prosthesis burst. I want to tell everyone not to worry about me though, Iíll be fine." She also postage images of the surgery. (ends)¿¿
