See SWNS story SWPOTTER; Toby L'Estrange - just like death eater Bellatrix - has been practising the skill for three years after being taught by his speed-reading champion grandmother. The self-confessed superfan read all the Harry Potter books by the age of eight and is able to recite all the spells used in the stories.
