Call the police babe.???Prosecutor Elin Morgan said the victims were a same-sex couple and the attack was homophobic.Clissord-Gough had told the victim as he assaulted him: ???Be the submissive little b**** you are. You understand.???The victim later told police: ???I honestly believed he was going to kill me. I genuinely thought this was the end.???Ms Morgan said in the footage the victim could be heard shouting at the defendant: ???You???re going to kill me.???A court heard he wanted to scare his neighbours and had been drinking heavily.Ms Morgan said: "He said he wanted to watch a film. ???He said he was being disturbed.??? Ms Morgan said.He pleaded guilty on August 22 to making threats to kill, intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and common assault.Andrew Kendall, defending, said while the attack involved homophobia it wasn???t motivated by it.He said it was motivated by a noise dispute between neighbours.Clissord-Gough, of Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd, admitted making threats to kill, intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and common assault. He was jailed for 18 months.The judge also imposed a restraining order preventing him from approaching the men for five years.WALES NEWS SERVICE
