Carter and Toby have been inseperable even since before Carter was born in their home town of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Carter's parents, Devin and Jake Crouch have been documenting their progress on picture-sharing app Instagram and they now have more than 5,000 followers. Devin, 26, who has no previous photography experience, said: "The bond that Carter and Toby share is absolutely incredible. "The first Carter and Toby photos started the day Carter came home from the hospital, when we noticed how protective Toby was over him. "Toby stayed close to his new brother and would follow anyone who would hold Carter. "We realised that the two of them would always have a special relationship and we thought an Instagram account would be a great way to document their lives together." ..SEE COPY

Margaret Lamberty curled up in agony on the floor at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire. See NTI story NTIDEAD. The family of a 45-year-old grandmother is taking legal action against a hospital following her death ñ four days after she was admitted to hospital with crippling stomach pains. They believe she could have been saved if doctors had spotted earlier a blood clot on her bowel which led to organ failure. Margaret Lamberty, was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire's A&E when she collapsed suddenly last month, but tests failed to pinpoint what was making her double over in agony. Her daughter, Laura Lamberty, has compiled evidence including shocking photos of her mother curled up on the floor of her ward, after what she has described as a 'catalogue of failings'. The 28-year-old claims her otherwise 'fit and healthy' mother was; forced to crawl down the corridor to beg nurses for pain relief, left to lie in blood-stained bed sheets for 24 hours and made to wait half-an-hour for a nurse after buzzing for help.
