None of the 23 doctors that saw her in the last two months realised she was gravely ill and instead was told she had labyrinthitis. Her mother Lesley, 57, (left) from Penrith, Cumbroa, is suing North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust after learning that even an hour before her death Rosie could have made a full recovery if her condition had been correctly diagnosed and fluid had been drained from her brain.
