Enable duplicate ticket references on BuddyPress Trac

Hi folks! Could you enable DuplicatesWorkflow on BuddyPress Trac?

When I choose “mark as duplicate of ticket,” there is no ticket-number field to reference the original ticket. This is tracked in https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/8951. The action_dupe input is absent from the rendered form, so CSS or JavaScript does not appear to be hiding it.

TracDuplicates 0.12 is active in BuddyPress Trac Admin, and its DuplicatesWorkflow component is checked. Even so, BuddyPress Trac currently reports [ticket] workflow = ConfigurableTicketWorkflow. The shared Meta workflow-core.ini includes ConfigurableTicketWorkflow,DuplicatesWorkflow, and bbPress Trac uses both: https://meta.svn.wordpress.org/sites/trunk/trac.wordpress.org/conf/workflow-core.ini

Could you check for a BuddyPress-specific override and make the effective workflow include DuplicatesWorkflow? Please verify that the duplicate action shows the ticket-number field and can reference another ticket.

Maybe enable PHP bcmath extension

I tried to update the Google Cloud libraries in the Photo Directory plugin, but it currently fails because the bcmath extension is missing. The newer Vision client parses API responses with Google’s protobuf library, which needs bcmath when the native protobuf extension isn’t installed.

Could you enable bcmath? Or would you prefer I bundle the phpseclib/bcmath_compat polyfill for now?

Fix for plugin sharing images

On cache misses, ps.w.org returns 403s to bot agents. They only get an image when a normal client has recently warmed the cache for that URL at the same edge. This breaks sharing images in Slack unfurls (Slackbot-LinkExpanding, and Slack-ImgProxy) and X/Twitter cards.

Mailboxes and outbound mail for FreeScout

As I’m starting to migrate inboxes, what would be your preferred way to have FreeScout connected with the @wordpress.org addresses?

The Gmail connection works for @wordcamp.org (and presumably @wordpressfoundation.org) addresses, I have meetup-support@wordcamp.org set up as a first test. Not sure if you prefer to have w.org addresses work the same or have them connected in a different way?

polyglots@wordpress.org and hosting@wordpress.org are no longer used and can be retired. I’m not planning to migrate those to FreeScout, unless they should be kept for historical reasons?

Hi! Same request as Michal’s. I can commit to wordcamp.svn and deploy WordCamp.org, but committing to dotorg.svn fails with:

Please can I get access to the Google Analytics property for the Mercantile store? I’m overhauling the store and want to track orders and conversions properly.

As far as I can tell, the shared .org GTM container (GTM-P24PF4B) routes mercantile.wordpress.org to GA4 property G-2R4NZ1XYDP, but I haven’t been able to find out who administers it. Recording purchases will also need a purchase event tag in that container, so access to the container (or someone who can add the tag) would help too.
