Everyone's Coast: A Zone In Update & Mobility Plan is a coastal community rezoning and mobility planning effort with the goals of supporting equitable housing development in Long Beach’s coastal areas and improving beach access to and from Central Long Beach through mobility investment recommendations.

Zone In: Wrigley is an area of about 1.5 square miles and generally bounded by Interstate 405 and Country Club Drive to the north, Pacific Avenue and Pacific Place to the east, East Pacific Coast Highway to the south and the LA River to the west. This initiative is focused on major corridors like Pacific Avenue, Willow Street, Wardlow Road, and Pacific Coast Highway, as well as other areas with existing multi-family housing.

Zone In: 10th Street to Broadway is an area of about 3 square miles and is generally bounded by 10th and 15th Streets to the north, East Pacific Coast Highway to the east, Broadway and Colorado Streets to the south, and Bonito and Cerritos Avenues to the west. Neighborhoods such as Alamitos Beach, Rose Park, Carroll Park, Bluff Heights and Belmont Heights are in this zone.
This initiative is focused on rezoning major corridors like 7th Street, 4th Street, Broadway, Redondo Avenue, and sections of 10th Street, and Pacific Coast Highway, as well as other areas with existing multi-family housing.
