Live Through Books

So hubby and I had a movie date last night and watched Bohemian Rhapsody. I'd give it a million stars if I could, but I can settle for 5 ⭐. It was AMAZING!! I have always liked Queen and their music, but when I was growing up I didn't pay much attention to the personal lives of the band members. I wish I had, though, because what I learned about them, especially Freddie, made me tear up a little because he was such a lonely, lost guy, trying to find his place in the conservative, close-minded world of London in the 70s and 80s. He was so insanely talented, though. My God, that voice of his! And his swagger. Talk about a pure performer. Anyway, if you haven't gone and watched Bohemian Rhapsody, I highly recommend you do. Even if you don't like Queen's music, the story alone is enough to hook you. And watch for Mike Myers' cameo as the man who lost out on the legends that Queen became all because he was so stupid and close-minded that he rejected the song Boh...
