Thriving in Action (TiA) at USask helps students to build the skills to thrive - not just survive. Through interactive sessions, students will learn how to study smarter, manage stress, and build confidence while balancing academic success and personal well-being.
Each session combines wellness strategies with effective learning techniques so students can stay focused, motivated, and resilient. Join one or more weekly 50-minute sessions and leave with practical tools you can use right away.
